Joey Perrelli was recommended to us via our family friend Walter Smolenski. Such a great recommendation!
This was our first time buying a home and we are so glad Joey was our realtor! Due to our inexperience in the housing market, we obviously had a lot of questions and Joey provided us with such useful insite the entire time.
She gave us great recommendations on home inspection, septic inspection, and negotiations along the way. She always picked up the phone when we had a question or concern. It was so nice having someone we could depend on throughout the process.
Despite a couple of hiccups on the seller's side, Joey fought on our behalf to get us here. We truly wouldn't be in this house without her. I can't believe I'm writing this from my own home!

This is the third real estate deal that I have worked with Tom Italiano and Hallmark Realtors. I cannot put into words how great these experiences have been. Tom continues to show his dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Selling your home can be a difficult process filled with mixed emotions. I've been with Hallmark Realtors since 2019, after interviewing with almost a dozen other brokerages in the area. As anyone in this industry knows, you can pass the test and get your license, but it doesn't necessarily teach you how to do the job.What was important to me was access to learning, and I got that ten-fold with Hallmark. Not only did I gain access to two brokers (Walter and Alex), but I got my hands on free training, free tools, and endless pick-your-brain experience from my colleagues. I'm positive this helped me gain years of knowledge in a fraction of the time. When the three-year mark of my career rolled around, it was only natural for me to pursue my broker's license as well.I owe my success in real estate to Hallmark Realtors, Alex, Walter, and all of my colleagues who continue to help along the way. I have been working for Hallmark Realtors for the past 3 years and I can't explain how amazing it has been, the training is above and beyond. They are there for you when every you need them just pick up the phone and one of the two most amazing brokers will get back to you in minutes. One of the best parts about this brokerage is that you feel like family, so none of those extra fees that a lot of other brokers charge, if you need to sit down with questions you just stop by and they are always willing to help you. When I choose Hallmark it felt like I was at home. I have been with Hallmark Realtors for over 20 years. I can't imagine working anywhere else. The support from the Brokers and fellow agents is amazing. The brokers have an open door policy. They are ALWAYS available to assist you with technology or policies/procedures... Anything... There are minimal fees for agents and many applications are available for FREE... Bottom line: This is FAMILY.....

Frank Della Femina did an amazing job in helping us to find the perfect place for our family as first time homebuyers. We began our search without much more than a price range and a 45-minute radius of where we wanted to land in terms of driving distance. I also charged him with the tough job of "getting a deal" for us, and we were able to close a deal with a few bucks to spare while many others have overpaid in this market.

In a seller's market, you need the help of a good realtor to be your advocate. That is what we found in Hallmark Realtors. Frank Della Femina helped my wife and I buy our first home during the madness of the pandemic. The rush to suburban New Jersey last year was furiously competitive and Frank navigated us through it all. He's well-versed in all the ins and outs of the real estate business and will give it to you straight every time.
Viewings, inspections, etc can be extra tricky these days due to each seller's personal safety protocols, but Frank patiently worked through it with us and landed us the house we wanted.
