The owners are capable, skilled professionals who do fine work. If your watch needs a battery or your bracelet needs links removed, it will very often be done right then!Great work done by fine, friendly people.Highly recommend!

The best place to go for quality work. I had about ten watches serviced over the course of about a week. They have signs posted in plain view, of what it will cost for each type of watch, so you are never shocked later on. I was always able to pick them up the very next day. Staff are very friendly as well. The best part is that it’s in a great location, near so much else in Clark. (Especially Vaccaro’s Bakery!) Go there, you won’t be sorry.

Went to this jewelry store to get my watch battery changed which I've had for 10 years and usually pay $8 to $15 in other jewelry stores to replace the battery. I dropped my watch off and returned one hour later to pick up the watch when the store clerk tells me the total is $47.98. I was speechless that this store would charge me that much for $3 battery. Incredible!! The store has good service but outrageous prices.. Luckily I did not take my other 8 watches needing batteries otherwise I would go bankrupt.

Exceeded expectations! I knocked the diamond out of my engagement. It was bound to happen after almost 30 years of wearing it every day and the late 80's style of a high mount. Brought it Fredric's, explained I wanted a lower mount and left it to the experts. Picked up my ring today and I was amazed. It looks fantastic! Warm and knowledgeable staff and the hand picked jewelry on display are both beautiful and unique.

My family has been coming to Frederic's for as long as I can remember. Had a beautiful ring made for my 21st birthday, brought all repairs here. Naturally, this was the first stop for my engagement ring. The entire process was smooth sailing. Robert had the ring made quickly to accommodate our desired date. The band being thinner than the sizer affected the size and he resized it within 2 days free of charge. Wonderful customer service. Great business. We will be back over and over!

I emailed Frederic's on a Sunday night and received a very prompt response from someone named Georgia. During the week I was able to schedule a same-day verbal appraisal of an inherited box of jewelry. The whole process only took about 15 minutes for many pieces of jewelry. Excellent & knowledgeable service. Everyone I interacted with (3 separate people) on every form (email, phone, and in person) was very helpful from first steps to last. Highly recommended.
