The CVS is Clarke is excellent. Clean, well run and well organized. High end CVS store. Not like the horrible store in Rahway that is a mess, improperly run, worst pharmacy and worst customer support.Move all of you business from Rahway to Clarke.

After being ignored at checkout line, I was told thatmy cash will not be accepted as the bill was adulterated. No rip, not a crumpled bill. Spoke to a "manager' who refused to use pen to verify the bill. Insulting behavior.Zero stars not an option.

I was given a completely different and wrong medication then prescribed by my physician that I picked up on Christmas Eve. I wasn’t feeling well and began the medication right away in hope to feel better quickly.3 days into the medication and no relief I decided to look up the medication, to learn it’s MEDICATION FOR SEIZURES instead of the antibidoic I was prescribed.Becuase of the side effects of the medication and not getting any better due to not having the correct medicine I ended up in the emergency room.Whether it’s a holiday or not or near closing they need to be held accountable becuase this incident could have been much more serious and even deadly if was a stronger medication.I know for sure I no longer will be going there !I called the store manager, and no return phone call either ! But the pharmacist did in fact admit that they did make a mistake and would handle it internally.

Terrible. Their pharmacy is closed on Saturdays. All day. I have a prescription there I need and on my day off I can't pick it up. What pharmacy doesn't open on Saturdays?

The pharmacy was terrible. I needed medicine as I just left the urgent care 7:40 and was basically turned away. Im pregnant and have the flu. She said “Try rahway because we close at 8” no sympathy and even closed the glass sliding doors while we were paying for allergy medicine. So rude esp being in a nice town like Clark. I truly don’t understand why they hired these kind of workers. Do better cvs, cause people like that (ghetto) wont get your business far.

Needed tampons, they decided to do a HUGE multi brand-wide buy 1 get 1 50% off sale on ALL tampons, and now there are no boxes there that I need nor can afford. This was the stupidest sale they can randomly do here.

It was the worst CVS’s I have ever been in. Shelves are bare and the young man working when I was there was not knowledgeable of there policy’s and register. I did not get right credit for my coupons upon purchase. I asked that he correct it and he had many excuses why he couldn’t do it. Upon leaving the store I saw a reason he may not have been able to do it he left the store parking lot before I did now I have to deal with customer service.

I use to shop at the CVS in Metuchen but they went out of business so I figured I would give this CVS a try. This CVS has nothing on the shelves there basically empty. The food section has nothing in it. No Nuts no Candy almost no K Cups. Where the Toothpaste is there is almost no Toothpaste. If you want Colgate Toothpaste there is only a couple of tubes available. Most of the shelves in the store are empty. If CVS wants to get out of the Retail Business they should just close there stores it makes no sense keeping stores open with empty shelves!!

They have the worst MinuteClinic scheduling system— it doesn’t let you schedule online and asks you to call in. When you call, you get sent to voicemail or the call center. What’s the point if people can’t access the scheduling system?Another time, the pharmacist put my prescription under my mothers name instead of mine and made me wait an extra hour while they corrected this. And then, after all that they asked me to go to the back of the line to be rung up! So frustrating. What was supposed to be a quick consult for my cough plus a 10 minute wait for my prescription ended up being a 2-hour errand. Disappointing, especially since there is this Care Specialist that tries to chat people up and make the place more customer friendly. Would be nice if this translated into expediency and efficiency not just for show.
