Have had a business account for years at Clark branch and they always have excellent staff. Shout out to Melanie Almeida, Operations Specialist, who spent a lot of time to resolve internal technical issues on my online account. She is very patient and professional.

Bank is great. Love that they have drive up atm, so I don't really have to deal with any bankers unless I have to. I wish they would just update a little as far as their online banking system. Feels a little dated. But other than that I had no problem with banking with them. The lady I signed up with was very nice and I got a free crockpot for signing up. :)

I switched to Columbia Bank a few years ago. Best decision I ever made. I have several business and personal accounts including an ACH account and let me tell you, Michelle (branch mgr) and her team are excellent!!

The bank manager, Michele, is the best. Cannot get this type of service at a "big bank."
