Went in last week to grab a leotard. The sales associate on the floor was extremely helpful and friendly during my shopping experience. She was working alone balancing me and a phone customer but I could hear others in the back. After I left I noticed the ticketed price was $27.50 but I was charged $29. I wasn't going to go back but since I had a hair appointment next door to the store and the bag was still in my car, I ran in for the price to be corrected. There were two associates at the register the first greeted me and asked how I she could help me, once I said the leotard rang up for more than the ticketed price, the second associate ( who never acknowledged me when I walked in) rudely says " excuse me" , to which I didn't even respond I pulled out the receipt and gave her the leotard. She proceeds to tell me the tag is wrong and she'll make a one time accommodation, I then tell her legally she has to. She responds with " I know" at which point I was annoyed and decided to return it since I could get it for $10-$15 cheaper on Amazon! No need to support local businesses if the experience will be less than stellar. I will never give that location another dime of my money! Too bad the original sales associate wasn't there to help me she was awesome.

Had a friend who dealt with someone really passive aggressive and rude. Just made not feel comfortable shopping here. Wouldn't want to be anywhere near here.

This is the dancer dreams store . Friendly staff and able to assist you with all your needs , but keep in mind if you require pointe shoes you need an appointment because not every one is trained in those fittings.

Ive been trying to come here for new dance shoes for my daughter which is sometimes impossible considering their hours (not great hours for a working parent) 6pm close time is a little early for working people. Anyway I finally had a day off and came here. The girl helped me for a good 25 minutes and was very nice and was done so in a quickly manner. Again, my whole reason for coming was new dance shoes. I also purchased a couple other things but I drove 40 minutes for her to not put my daughters dance shoes in the bag that my daughter needed for today. So I have to inconveniently drive back to get them and we will probably be late for class. Also, I think they should carry BLOCH jazz shoes like the other capezios as these are a very popular dance shoe.

The sales Assoc. Was nice and knowledgeable. She was by herself with a few customers in the store but very fast, efficient and she acknowledged everyone in the store qnd reassured us she would help each of us...the only downside is I almost bought kids tights for myself because they are not seperate from the adults..thank God I looked at the sizing chart on the back of the package several times and finally realized it.

September 30, 2021After driving 40 minutes to get to the store because I was interested in purchasing some dancing shoes I was not able to go in because I didn't have a mask with me.I asked the employee if they have masks available and the lady reply no and if you don't have it you can't come in.Why not providing mask ? if you want customers to come in and if they don't have it available make it easier for them, at the end you might have a sale.This is the only experience that I have because I was not able to go inside the store for not having a mask.I strongly recommend to the store to provide mask if you want to make business

I absolutely love this store. I was looking for a pair of brown pointe shoes to show my little Black and brown ballerinas. After leaving another Capezio who didn’t have any in stock, I rushed over to Capezio in Clark and they waited for me! The manager says she keeps them in stock for all the Black and brown dancers in the community. Thank you for seeing me and acknowledging my beauty.
