When I arrived at the Clark branch I hadn't made an appointment but was able to make one by following the directions posted on the door. I needed to send a text with my name and wait in my vehicle untill they advised me it was okay to enter and was given the name of the representative I would be seeing. Was in and out in less than ten minutes with a replacement card. Dividers at counter/desks and masks are required.”

“I went to this Provident with the notion that everyone was going to be rude based off comments. It was exactly the opposite. All of the staff was welcoming and helpful. Only issue I had was with the policy. Why must I be charged to change my own money into money. Regardless, if you have an account you are charged 10% of the total for counting change. It makes absolutely no sense, but they’ll probably right off as “it’s an expanse to maintain the machine”. Aside from that, the people were cool.”

I had questions about payroll and DirectPay/direct deposit for my business and Bart took the time to look up for information from his portal and to actually connect me with ADP! That is what I call a “customer first” attitude!
