Customer service was terrible and bad attitude of the staff, Francisco who attended me from the beginning did not want to solve me, since I had my appointment and waited about 35 minutes and no one attended me, very bad

Lorraine was very helpful in helping me rush through a wire transfer. She knew how quickly my deadline was approaching and was happy to expedite the request. Her manager was also helpful.

5 teller windows yet only 1 Bank teller inside on a Saturday. Has his own body guard behind him. Impressive service I highly recommend

We scheduled an appointment with a notary for our Will. We arrived on time with our two witnesses. I told multiple employees we were there for an appointment with the notary. Not once did they ask what we needed a notary for. After 25 minutes we were finally told they do not notarize Wills. Please advertise that your notary service does not notarize Wills.

This review is for THOMAS DELANEY, the most unprofessional person I have ever met , he doesn’t need your business he doesn’t care if you do your loan for mortgage with BOA or other bank .Takes one week to go what other bank does in one day , and tells you different numbers % every time. Very disappointing, Thomas makes Bank of America look very bad , I’m surprise he has his job .... will be going to different bank instead thanks to Thomas bad attitude and delays in doing his job.

standard---tellers whomever I've dealt with are friendly but this is more of an FYI as of this weekend the drive thru will be permanently closed(BOA has been closing these all over the US for a few yrs) so in case you have a disability, are elderly, etc find another branch/bank that still offers this service
