Do you really think I am going to trust a credit card who uses spam mail tactics to reach potential customers? Why would that make me trust that you will not also sell my personal banking information to the thousands ( Yes thousands) of spam mailers who are advertising your card? Banking and financial institutions are supposedly based on trust and security. You have already involved yourself in the practice of buying and selling my private email information to unknown parties to try to get people to sign up for your ( cough cough ) credit card. Is it any stretch of my imagination that your system would be hacked by the very spammers that your trust to do your advertising for you? You are kidding yourself if you think that is not true. So as a sign of faith in your company, why don't you send me the private emails of your chief officers and let them see how quickly I can get them to lose confidence in me. Take my name and address out of your fake credit card system, I have great credit now and would not want to jeopardize it by dealing with a company that uses such shady practices. God help those you have already scammed to join your club. But leave me OUT! Aspire? To what? having my account drained when you have a security breach? You know it is going to happen when your mass mail backfires on you. Hey, where are those private emails of your officers? I didn't think you would have the guts. NOW TAKE ME OFF YOUR LYING LIST!

If there is a an option for -10 starts that is what they would get. Dishonest, rude, unprofessional. Making you pay for a fraud charges (otherwise they slap you with late fee) and to this day I still wait on that refund I was promised (the one i was paying for fraud while being investigated). Already reported to BBB, next step is court. So to safe yourself a headache AVOID by all means possible. Also very bad security, anyone can access your info and use your card for purchases.

I LOVED aspire and so mad that PenFed took over , I’m literally having so many issues with PenFed and they take forever to clear charges on your account . Looking for another credit union I hate PenFed

Aspire, was fabulous, however, in their decision to be absorbed into Penfed with minimal notice to its members and the lack of transparency was outside of Aspire's usual relationship with it's members. Aspire's upper management team should have listed/shared a comparative list showing the amenities Aspire has and what Penfed is offering. This would have afforded it's members to either embrace Penfed or seek another credit union. Aspire's upper management neglected to share a few things until the last two weeks of transition; "Pop-up-money" or any similarity does not exist at Penfed and the interest rate of the flex-line of credit will be 40% higher at Penfed and take three business days to clear. At Aspire the rate was 10% (versus Penfed's 14%) and clearance was the same day, at times even shorter. So how is a loss of amenities and increased interest rates beneficial ? I have been with Aspire before it became Aspire, I will truly miss the customer service and all the great people that took care of my needs with their patience, professionalism and courtesy. To upper management, I am very disappointed in you..

I wish I could give them 0 star, I keep calling them trying to solve a problem, which I and many others are victims of the NYC corruption, but there is no way that someone calls you back, I called Chierico many times, left messages and never heard of him.Please stay a way

Terrible. Their lobbies are down and there is no way to make deposits. They told me to use a PNC atm, which turned out charging me for the deposit.STAY AWAY!!!
