Much better than home depot for bolts, screws and that kinda hardware. Wide variety of both imperial and metric. Friendly staff.

Super friendly helpful staff, attentive listener to think through thoroughly and find right product for right solution the first time. Excellent paint, bases always in stock too. The layout is easy to navigate and makes sense vs other places that'll have you willy nilly up and down the casino aisles. Super location too, and parking is a cinch for pick up but can also park out of the way for a quick trip.

Refused to even try to make a key copy, even though there were Suzuki keys on the wall. Even refused to look at them to see if the one I needed was there. I thought Ace was the good hardware store.

Very disappointed with my experience at this store. I got a sample of paint and asked for it to be 25% darker and liked it so I bought 3 cans, at $77 a pop, to paint my house. I tried the paint and it was slightly darker than the sample that I got. So I went back to the store and told them this and the man helping told me that it was the same shade and then took the paint sample and the paint color, made two blobs on receipt paper and walked around the store and took a poll to see if one was darker than the other. I told the man that the color looked different on my wall and he then proceeded to tell me that the sample will look different because it's a different base and that was why it didn't look the same. I was then confused as to why they had a sample to begin with. I felt bullied, embarrassed and outnumbered and felt like asking for a return was futile so I left. I then went to Paper Chase across the street to later find out that their paint was $58 a gallon! Manny was extremely kind and helpful with my predicament. So disappointing the lack of tact and kindness from this store.
