“I went into "Snipes" in Orange, NJ today to purchase footwear for my child and I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service my family and I received. An employee by the name of Nia and Store Manager, John were VERRRŔRŔRŔY helpful. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Nia with a smile and then was asked 'If she could be of assistance or have any questions about any of the footwear, to please feel free to ask?' She gave us a chance to look around (which is a plus!) My child was a bit indecisive on a sneaker, Nia then asked John for his expertise on which sneaker that would help give my child the best support her arch. John was extremely knowledgeable and very detailed on which sneaker would be best. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!! I will most definitely purchase more footwear from this location!!!
