Your staff are HORRIBLE!! I called today trying to find out how long I have to return and have keys recut or get a refund. One of our drivers went up to the store to get a few keys made today. And upon testing them when he returned, they didn't work, you can see clearly that the keys were cut incorrectly. I let him know that I would call the store to see the return/replace policy. So that's what I did, or that's what my plan was anyway...Your employee wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. Then when I asked "Sir, can I finish my sentence please?" His response was "Excuse me.".....What?? I needed to finish my sentence because the driver from our agency would not be able to come back out today and we are closed for the next 4 days. And you have an attitude? Now my question changes "How long do I have to get a refund?" "So you don't want the keys anymore?" (If only you could see my face when he asked)... "No, no I do not, I can spend my money (my business' money) elsewhere. You have a great weekend."Never again will I recommend this hardware store to anyone, nor will I shop there as a resident of Orange. I didn't get a name because he just answered "Westwood"I was raised to not spend my money where the customer service is bad. People, stop spending your money in these stores where you are not treated with respect! Enough is enough of having businesses in OUR neighborhoods that treat any customers rudely.Epstein's/Westwood, if you want to keep your customers, you should maybe have a "Warm Fuzzy/Customer Service" training with your employees before you all wind up just another empty storefront on Main Street.....

Crosstown has everything you need for your plumbing needs. The salesmen/plumbers are very knowledgeable. The DIY service is phenomenal, Vinny will tell you exactly what you need and how to complete your project. I have personally seen him do it many times.

What a great little local hardware store. They seem to have everything in a very tiny space. They're very knowledgeable and very willing to do anything they need to to help you solve your problem.

Don’t bother wasting your time - after calling ahead and receiving a ton of attitude after asking if they duplicate keys (finally they said yes), I showed up and an older male employee rudely informed me that they won’t make you a duplicate key (car key in this case) unless you buy the blank from them. He then had the audacity to yell at me saying that I didn’t tell him I was going to bring my own key (which I did). Classic example of someone who is not helpful and doesn’t offer a solution after rudely shutting you down. Thanks for nothin fella!

Ok so I was going for breakfast at Willies right next door. I accidentally took my house ? to get my food. I was locked out of my car. Pocket book, cell, & car ? locked in ?. The owner of Willie's, a passerby & another customer helped me. I told the store proprietor at Epstein(which is practically a staple in the community) the $ is in the ?. I would get him the $ as soon as I got in. No ?. $8.95. Really?! The customer gave the $10. The passerby got the door open. You l know Epstein will probably be there another 100 years. That may be successful for them. But when you talk about things like prosperity & charity & goodwill. Giving back to a community that is the reason why you exist I have no plans of shopping there anytime in the present, near or distant future......

It was my first time and it definitely will not be my last. I went to one of the large hardware store( crosstown plumbing store) and it doesn't my any means feel warm and personable as this store. He gave me great advice and recommendations. We must keep our community stores open.#MomandPop

Friendly customer service. I was assisted immediately upon entering the store and the staff is very knowledgeable. I like the small town feel.
