These people were horrible dishonest crooks. They grossly overcharged me for services that weren’t provided and then verbally abused my family with foul language, immature name calling, cursing and threats. They tried to intimidate my fiancé by ganging up on him and surrounding him like they wanted to fight him. This is all after they held our car for 2 days, claiming to do a diagnostic check. when we disputed the bill. They didn’t even diagnose the problem which is what the charge was for and lied about work done. Unprofessional, abusive, crooks would be an understatement! Buyer beware!

Crooks! Buyer beware. They charged for work they didn’t do and kept my car for 2 days to run a diagnostic which wasn’t actually done and nothing was properly diagnosed. Theon threatened us cursed and called us names.

I called just to ask pricing for a clutch replacement and the receptionist asked “it’s automatic right?” then was left on hold for 5 minutes…umm no thank you smh

Went to get my car fixed and somehow he damaged my headlights. There was nothing wrong with them until he "fixed" my car. He had nothing to do with headlights don't know why he touched them. I don't recommend this auto repair shop unless you're ready to have him mess things up in your car just so you bring it back and pay him extra for something he messed up on purpose

I took my Nissan to get fixed back on March 3rd and I was told my bottom oxygen sensor needed to be replaced so they replace my oxygen sensor just for my check engine light to come back on again the next night.Jump forward to today after the 5th time of me taking my car back and him telling me he put a top oxygen sensor on my car the check engine light goes off again for him to tell him me last Thursday that I had to wait a week to bring my car back.Before I dropped my car back on this Wednesday I went to AutoZone to check my code myself and lo and behold its the oxygen sensor he put on the top of my engine. I took my car back and had to call him and he tells me a different story of what could be wrong. He offered a refund yes but I'm trying to figure out why if I said he could keep my car another day which he also suggested didn't I get a call about my car with him knowing they were going to be closed over the weekend and now I don't have my car for my kids birthday on Sunday.Service: Check engine light diagnostic

After contacting shop owner Eddie, He towed my vehicle towed in to his shop. Eddie took my car in and diagnose the problem and fixed my car. Car is running great!!!Thank you and your staff for all your help and professionalism sir. Our family sure appreciated, specially during this tough times. Literally the only mechanic I’ve trusted for over 15 years with all of my cars. Never too busy to help you with your car needs and easily the most knowledgeable person on any type of car. Owning a diesel car and visiting 3 different mechanics who couldn’t fix my issue with my car Eddy got it fixed. Even with owning 5 different BMW’s I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Great customer service and above all always honest. Great prices and exceptional service will always continue to recommend anyone to Tononos Auto.
