I went into this T-Mobile store today, because I mistakenly went into my “phone settings” and selected zoom. This made everything on my phone larger (zoomed in). I couldn’t get back into “settings,” because I had to unlock my phone first. It was set to zoom mode, so I couldn’t see all the numbers to enter the code in my phone.I was rudely called over by Turran R., a associate at T-Mobile. Long story short, his exchange with me was very rude, condescending and unprofessional!!! I’ve been in many commercial, leisure and professional settings in my 58 years on this planet. But I have never been so rudely spoken too, directly in my face!! He spoke to my as if I was a child of his, and that I WILL NOT TOLERATE!!!!! Not when I’m a paying customer, patronizing your establishment and I’m coming to you for assistance and service. I was eventually helped by Darius R., the Retail Associate Manager, but I don’t feel he was attentive or sympathetic to my problem and complaint.My question to T-Mobile is, is this the type of person you want representing your company and brand? If so, then I’ll find me another carrier. I’ll end by saying, “I’m NOT YOUR CHILD, Turran R.!!!!!”

This location has the absolute worst customer service experience. Reps will only assist you if you are a new account or purchasing a product. I literally just left the store as I was seeking assistance for an issue with my handset and also to purchase a new device. There was also a new prospective customer, so the repdismissed me in gesture, looked over and began to interact with the other prospect. This is unusual for T-MOBILE reps who are usually extremely helpful. The Lead/Manager didn't attempt to rectify this scenario. I will buy my phone at Best Buy and not patronize T-Mobile and I'm a longtime T-MOBILE customer. Shameful

The men are the most disrespectful man I have ever met in my life, and nothing is done about it. It’s a shame that they talk to women like they do. Do not go to this store.

I Had a horrible experience at the west Paterson location earlier today and decided to come to the location in orange. Hector was super professional and made my experience great! I was in and out wishing a few minutes and the customer service was great. I will definitely be visiting this store again.

I left a Review for Jamie Rhodes for 548 central Ave East Orange NJ. Which was the wrong location.So, of course I had to make sure I redo this so that the hiring manager, and customer service training manager knows about my legendary experience!Jamie Rhodes approach & resolve for my issues were friendly and very professional! So much so that in turn not only did I walk out with a smile on my face but I also brought a Apple Watch 7 series! Because of her expertise, and sincere concern that I got what I needed, and what wanted at the same time. “Go Figure” The Apple Watch was everything she said it would be!That area is not known for great customer services, now I guess because of Ms Rhodes it will be known for legendary Customer service!

The store is equipped with employees that disregard you if you aren’t a fluent English speaker. Felt racially discriminated against. The Spanish speaking reps aren’t any more helpful either. They too pick and choose. It is unfortunate that we are just a price tag to employees and I hope corporate takes action.
