“I am absolutely speechless with the level of care and compassion I've received from Rose Pharmacy and I am so beyond grateful to have been referred here by my physician!After having a great deal of difficulty with several CVS locations and stock issues, I soon found myself dealing with a string of new pharmacists that were outwardly rude and refused to assist with any questions I had in regards to my medications or insurance. One CVS pharmacist even told me, "I don't have time to deal with your problems- go online and figure it out yourself." Needless to say, even my doctor was appalled. I was nervous to go to a "smaller" pharmacy; but after my Doctor mentioned he had several other patients with great experiences at Rose, I figured it was worth a try.From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated like a real person and the pharmacist went above and beyond to communicate with me, my Doctor, and insurance, to make sure I would have everything handled promptly. They were very quick, very convenient, and most importantly- they made my experience quick and easy. I felt like I had been a long time customer. Honestly, I would say I even felt like family.I cannot recommend this location highly enough! I would give 10 stars if I could! Just being treated so kindly and professionally would have given them 5 stars alone, but the convenience and speed exceeds all expectations. I'd drive an hour if I had to. They're the best! Thank you so much again!”

She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and displayed a high level of professionalism. Her assistance made the shopping process seamless and enjoyable.One notable advantage of this location is the ample parking available, which is a significant convenience. Finding a parking spot was stress-free, allowing me to focus on my shopping experience.The store itself boasts an extensive selection of scrubs, catering to different sizes and preferences. However, the only downside I encountered was the limited availability of XS sizes. It would be beneficial for Scrubs and Beyond to expand their XS inventory to accommodate a broader range of customers.Despite this minor setback, I still consider Scrubs and Beyond in Totowa as the best place to buy scrubs. The overall positive aspects, including the excellent customer service, variety of sizes, and convenient parking, outweigh the limited XS sizes. I highly recommend this store to healthcare professionals in need of quality scrubs.”
“I had difficulty getting a transport chair. Once I contacted Life DME they went above and beyond to resolve my problem. I had been trying to get a chair for 3 weeks with no success. I spoke to Life DME on Friday and had the chair on Monday. They have great Customer Service. Thank you Life DME!”

“My Mom was being discharged from rehab & immediately needed a Bipap machine when they were (& are) scarce, & MD Respiratory literally had everything set up within 24 hours. When her old compressor gave up the ghost, Anthony came to the rescue! Everyone is so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, & extremely professional. I had a problem with my insurance and getting my meds they reacted quickly went right into the website got a coupon for me and I was able to get my blood thinners these ladies are truly my super heroes as I can’t live without this medication I truly appreciate what they did for me. Best pharmacy around with super nice people behind the counter and pharmacist who go above and beyond to help their customers.”

“For a company that brags about their extensive selection and ability to provide supplies to all types of institutions I would have expected their product to have a further expiration date than 9 months out unless it wasn’t rotated on the shelf. I am disappointed that I wasted my money on the name brand Hospira case of BAC water and I am going to end up throwing out more than half of it because it will be expired before I will ever be able to use it all. The positive is they did ship it within 2 days of ordering and it took 2 days to arrive, so their shipping times were great. The box also arrived undamaged, which is amazing for FedEx.”
“I completely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to be educated on and to buy your medical supplies. I’ve been coming to this place for years and had the benefit to get to know the staff throughout the years. The registered nurse on staff, Donna, has been there from the day the company opened and is very passionate about helping her customers. Sometimes even too intensely passionate. She has that “old school nurse vibe” where she cares more about your health/safety and helps you problem solve rather than try to sell you something that you don’t need. What I appreciate the most is that she didn’t sugar coat information to me just to make a sale. For example, one time I tried to get compression socks but my insurance is not in network :(. I had every right to go elsewhere to a location that was in network but it was so far away and inconvenient. Instead, I decided to buy the socks and work with my insurance to reimburse the charge. It actually was a lot easier than I realized. Personally, that was more worth my time than having to drive around looking for a place that is in my insurance’s network.Another time, my friend wanted to buy a wheeled walker for her grandmother. Donna took the time to show and explain why getting a wheeled walker walker would be a disaster waiting to happen. She literally showed my friend how easy it would be for her grandmother to fall using such a device based on a medical perspective. My friend ended up learning from Donna and ended up not buying it that day.Overall, the company is great and I’m grateful that there still exists a physical place like this where I can go and get help and education on the medical supplies I need.”
“A rare gem to find a owner ran pharmacy. Of course they CAN’T be compared to the big pharmacy stores. You might wait a few minutes on the phone, they might not have less popular medicines in stock but can get the next morning, they aren’t open 24 hours, they don’t open until 10:00 and aren’t open on Sundays, BUT they will know who you are by name, offer delivery and provide personable service and work tirelessly to solve issues with doctors and insurances. That alone cannot be compared to the big boys. At the end of the day I would not want my parents anywhere else and take comfort in the fact that if I’m not available, my parents are in great hands with them and I know who is coming to their door to deliver. “After rite aid shut down, i was trying to look for a new pharmacy that takes my insurance and has everything covered. CVS tried to charge me $56 and a hour wait for my medicine. My friend told me about Jerry’s and i decided to go ahead and try them out. Super friendly customer service, i waited in the store for only like 15 minutes and i got my medicine covered, they gave me no issues at all unlike Walgreens and CVS. All the negative reviews need to relax a bit because it’s a family owned business not a chain, so just be a little more patient. :)”
