Bad customer service and they SCAM people. Took our car there this morning brought our own coils that needed to be changed. We asked them to check what else was wrong. First it was no problem to change the coils , then we were told that we needed filters we said okay lets fix that then here comes the next thing the oil leak which we knew about. I’m sure this was seen as a good way of making more money. When we said only fix what we asked , all of the sudden the coils we brought don’t fit the car. We said are you sure cause they are suppose to fit. All the guy kept talking about was trying to fix the oil leak and valve changed and he wanted $800 to do so. We said no thank you and paid $35 for them checking what was wrong. Took the car to a shop around the corner he plugged the machine up to the car for free and said it’s not your coils. The problem you have is the Timing belt and the oil leak. You don’t need new coils. When we got home we put in the coils in the front ourself and they fit. So Day Street auto got away with $35 but that’s all they be getting from us and they never said anything about the timing belt. So I guess they didn’t really check the car that well. Very unprofessional and can’t be trusted. Lesson learned, we don’t mind paying but don’t ripp customers of. ??

The mechanics here are top notch!!!! I came in from out of town with a bizarre problem. My iPhone slid down between my windshield and the dash. No one could get it out! We were early to my daughters softball game at Seton Hall so they took a look. Had to take my whole dash apart and my glove compartment to get it out, but they did! My daughter made to warm ups early. They even charged my phone while he put it back together. Knowledgeable and friendly! Thanks guys!!!!!
