Probably the worst chase branch there is. Be ready to dedicate 20 minutes for something as simple as getting a sheet of checks. They really need to step their game up

The atm is busted it eats your cash and you have to file a claim to get it back they refuse to replace it its happen twice don't use the atm beware it might steal your cash withdrawal they suck

Ugh Wanna wait forever for the only bank teller to have a full conversation with every customer that's in line? A line to the door and only 1 teller I lost my debit card someplace Have no checks on me Only my ID so if she has a problem finding my acct I'm going to go nuts I've been here 15 minutes Limited parking No drive thru I'll add more later If I ever get out of here

This is a pretty busy location. Stopped by since it was the most convenient location to where I was. There is a parking lot in the back of the bank. The bank is also located at a bus stop so there were a lot of people waiting in the ATM area. I didn't feel safe using the ATM with so many people around. I went inside to the tellers. The location is on the small side. There were 2 tellers working at the time and a pretty long line. I didn't see any managers around to help the customer experience. The tellers tried their best to strike up a conversation and be friendly throughout the transaction.

Worse chase around. Save the aggravation and go to another branch. Lines are long while employees just fool around and chat with each other. Wouldn't cash my check because I presented a check payable to cash when this has been accepted in other branches, I had proper ID, another way larger check payable to my name, three company's credit under my name and the same business name the chicks were written from as proof and I asked if they can please verify the check with the account holder b cause I needed to cash this very small check of $200 dollars.. The managers response was "Sorry,even if the account holder verify all the information o can't cash it" really! All the this for a $200 dollar check.. Unbelievable! I walked out and didn't cash my other check that they were willing to cash as I rather not do business with this branch at all! Oh wait... I was asked why don't I open an account with them better? Are you serious "Mr. Manager" This is not the first time I wait in line for a long time while your employees talk to each other and take their sweet time to help those in line and take for ever to complete a transaction and act like you are doing me a favor.. Is not the first time but surely will be my last! Can we do minus 1 stars? -1*
