Chase's customer support is generally not good. Since I had a problem and they told me that everything is done and in the end they closed my account.

The worst bank ever known to man I went there with a check to cash it that is cut to their bank. The guy Dante let me sign a check he scanned the check then told me he would have to charge me $10. Now I'm having problems cashing a check other places I went back to the bank to speak to the manager she said that its their policy to let you sign the check and they scann it and charge you. So basically she's telling me they have the right to just willingly take my money because I brought a check to them. A bunch of scammers. To add I heard they did the same thing to a guy with a $50,000 check. All because they want you to open an account. Do not go to that bank

Limited parking, long lines and waits in the branch. I went in for a fraud issue on my credit card, they told me to wait in the teller line. They couldn’t help me there, so I had to wait for a person at the desk. I left to another branch and was helped immediately at the new location.

This chase is absolutely horrible. Do not expect access to the ATM outside their "working hours" They lock the doors completely, so your card or phone cannot get you in like any OTHER location. Worst location in NJ possibly the country.

I had such a great experience at this branch. The manager Dell and her staff are just so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Shakira is also a gem , she’s so friendly and her customer service is top notch. I wish all businesses around this area learn a thing or two from this branch. Their customers are not just numbers but people that matter. Thank you for your outstanding service. Keep up the good work

POOR SERVICE by Ms. SHAKIRA BOWEN. Today I went to open a bank account for my son. I was waiting for my turn but she saw someone who apparently knew each other arrive and asked my permission if I could give her 5 minutes to attend to him before me, that was going to be something quick and it took more than 30 minutes and I complained to her and She told me to give her 5-10 minutes more and it took 15 minutes more until I got upset and I left without opening the account because she preferred to attend to someone who arrived later than me. She didn't care that I left, she continued to attend to him. I left this bank pretty upset. I'm not going back to that place. I do not recommend Miss SHAKIRA BOWEN was not professional.

Kudos to Delrose V. Thorpe aka Dell, Branch Manager, and Asst. Vice President, Shakira Bowen and the rest of her banking staff. Due to my personal experience with horrible customer service over the years in The Oranges. I vowed to myself several years ago that I would never conduct any business in The Oranges. On Tuesday, February 22, 2023, I went to the Chase Bank in Bellville NJ, to open a small business account. Upon arriving everyone seemed rushed several persons were waiting to be seen and I could hear words such as short-staffed. The staff was not welcoming. However, since I did not have an appointment, I was directed to the next available teller. The teller then advised me that the next available time to speak with a banker was March 3rd. I went back to my car and googled “Chase Bank near me.” The Orange branch popped up and I reluctantly drove to the location.Dell was greeting the customers as we walked in. She asked the purpose of my visit. Her tone was warm and welcoming. She pointed me to her desk and immediately offered to help. Firstly, she ensured I had all the necessary documents that are needed. She explained to me that since my business is over a year old I needed a certificate of Good Standing. While sitting at her desk, I could hear the staff interacting with the customers. I was very impressed, everyone was very courteous (certainly not what I expected). I was then escorted to another desk where she asked Shakira to assist me with obtaining the certificate. Shakirah offered superior customer support.Both Dell and Shakira were extremely attentive, and they listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. They also ensured that I received all the information regarding the types of accounts available and the benefits of each. The information given, allowed me to make an informed decision/selection that best fit the needs of my business. They both have a caring approach and are highly professional. Shakira is a model employee! I would recommend her for employee of the month/year. While I would recommend that Chase utilizes Delrose for their company-wide customer service training for the branch managers in the Chase Banking System!Dr. Pauline P. PattersonGarner Anesthesia

Very friendly staff but slow service. Expect to wait in line to see a teller. Always over a 10-20 mins wait.

I stood in line 10 mins n the manager comes out asked the person behind me what he was here for. Takes his deposit form and handles the deposit despite the long line on top of the fact i was making a deposit as well. Smdh when i say something about it the customer replies hes vip... no theres a line wait like every one else.... smdh i gotta start taking the ride to bloomfield.....
