He seemed like a genuinely nice person, which helped ease my frustration about the wait. Ultimately, I'm thrilled with the quality of the repair, so I won't hold the longer completion time against them. However, I must say that the woman who called to inform me the car would be ready the following day was quite rude and inconsiderate. Despite her unprofessional behavior, I still want to express my appreciation to the owner and the skilled technicians for their excellent work.”

(imagine if someone took a screwdriver and starting screwing the center of your back bumper in). In both locations it looks like absolutely nothing happened!! I came in for a minor frame repair, and got a fair estimate. The final cost came in under the quote, and they did all the little extras that make the difference like using better screws than OEM, and liberally applying frame protection all around the job site, and related areas.
