lied to the customer and ripped me off and refused a refund. told me $99 for screen replacement when I called, my coworker did it for me and was charged $125 in the store.When i confronted the bald guy about it, he said no refunds (of course) but he’ll give me a store credit. Gave me the wrong screen size replacement. Unacceptable. Never going back.

Guy is a scammer, went to him to buy a Nintendo Switch for my son as a Xmas present . He had me waiting 30+ mins while it charged up. Should have known something was off. It turned on for a few mins in the store. But when I got home I discovered the battery is no good. Contacted him the very next day and many times after asking for refund or replacement. He ignored all my messages. Avoid him and this store at all costs!
