The worst shipping service I've ever dealt with. Was told 5 days ago to expect delivery the next day and as given a ridiculous 4 hour window. Waited home just to have no one show up. No communications since and the delivery date keeps changing with no explanation. No one answers the phone when I call to get some answers. I can't believe this is a real company that stays in business. I'd blame it on general incompetence but I think that would be to kind.

I purchased a sectional from IKEA and xpo was responsible for delivery. I received notification from IKEA shortly after that my delivery was scheduled for Sunday. Sunday night, xpo sent me a text requiring me to reschedule with ikea. I was annoyed since I canceled plans that day. After talking with xpo and IKEA Sunday morning, it seemed like xpo didn’t deliver on Sundays. Not sure why ikea scheduled it for Sunday if that was the case. Delivery was rescheduled for that Tuesday. It came later than the expected timeframe, but they notified me in advance of the delay and finally showed up. Giving them a four star because the delivery personnel were quick with dropping of my items at my apartment door, and nothing was damaged. Also because the reviews prior to mine are much worse and I’m glad I didn’t have to experience that.

Worst place for pick up, I dropped off my trailer 4:30 pm. 12:30 am find out that they want to change the delivery destination with out pay extra money, So be careful

The doors on the refrigerator needed to be removed. Neither one of them knew how to remove the doors, so they determined that it could not be done (the manual clearly tells you how and its extremely easy).I suggested they could drop it off at my shop less than 10 minutes away which has a garage door and no stairs. At this time he tells me "it's damaged from removing the doors" and "we shouldn't accept delivery". I discussed it with my wife and we decided to agree with his assessment and refused delivery. We called XPO and apparently they were told a different story from the driver. Simply, "we refused delivery".Additionally, they took our old one so now we are without a refrigerator. Mistakes I understand, being a small business owner, but lying is totally unacceptable. The young lady on the phone was less than helpful and to be working in concert the delivery men.Samsung should give careful thought to who they use to deliver their products as this reflects on them

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has no sense of professionalism, cannot deliver anything on time and knows absolutely nothing about "logistics". I'm surprised they can spell it correctly in their business name. Had car seats being delivered from a purchase I made on ebay. They sat on the order at their warehouse for a week stating they can't deliver until it is scheduled but never reached out to set up delivery. I called many times and emailed the manager contact on their website. No response whatsoever. They finally called to schedule delivery after the person who used them to ship to me called his branch in California and they were able to track someone down. Scheduled my delivery for between 10am and 2pm with a phone call 30 minutes ahead of time. They pulled a no show and I still can't contact anyone at the Cinnaminson location. Pathetic excuse for a business.

Customer Service is the worst I ever had to deal with, not helpful, don't care about customer. My delivery got "Bumped" four different times. After I was "guaranteed" a delivery after 6pm we got a call with a time window of 2pm to 6pm. Once the actual delivery got to our house, one of the delivery guys was so lazy he didn't do anything and the dented my dryer with his knee when he was pushing it. They also had a wrong cable so the installation couldn't be finished. Now we are waiting on a service call to get a right cord for the dryer and hook everything up. XPO is a joke.

AWFUL. DO NOT TRUST FOR ANY INSTALLATION. Botched dishwasher installation was an unprofessional disaster. They blamed me, then they blamed Samsung. I'm a licensed architect and followed their pre-installation checklist to the letter. I called Samsung after refusing the installation to check on my full refund. Samsung told me XPO said my water was OFF, again attempting to blame me. My water has always worked, and I followed the instructions. The impression they left was "lazy liars." I'm just glad I got a refund for their failure.

Ordered a paddle board from a professional website. They never gave me a tracking link to even track where the board was at, but they said the shipping warehouse would contact me to schedule a delivery. I ended up calling the paddle board company and asking them for the shipping warehouse's phone number because I never got a call from them to schedule a delivery. I called yesterday, and talked to a woman on the phone who scheduled my delivery to be on August 3rd (today) between 12-4. When 4:00 passed and I still didn't have my paddle board, I decided to call. Talked to a man on the phone, gave him my tracking number, and I was put on hold for 15 minutes. When he finally got back on the phone I was told that my paddle board was "lost" and that he couldn't find it in any of the warehouse buildings. 0/10 for organization. How do you lose a paddle board?!

Poor quality drivers. The come to make a delivery on the behalf of lowes and they have their pants halfway down their backside.They chipped my walls and handrails and dented my brand new appliances. Awful company

This company delivered to me twice...one time for the furniture...second time for the mattress for my pullout...both times EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! The gentleman were courteous and fast! Very great company ☺️

It has been more than a week that my package is in the same location just minutes from me, every time I check details and history it is still in the same place and changing the delivery date all the time, this is ridiculous and disappointing
