My husband and I have been coming to this Walmart for more than 15 years. I remember it wasn't a super Walmart, 3 weeks ago they changed the lines so you can scan your purchases by yourself. They changed them for 15 items or less I have my items and my husband has his item that we are going to pay for separately, the very rude worker tells us that we cannot pay separately because I have to have my own car. What is the difference of having my items in the same cart if the payment is going to be different? It's a shame that they have workers who don't know how to treat customers and that they put on a great show for something that was so simple, I hope her supervisors see the kind of employees they have because they really lost two customers of many years here.

Just got back from picking up my curbside grocery order. Today is July 21, 2024. I ordered two packages of prosciutto and to my surprise, they both expired in June! June 1st and June 19.. both well over a month ago. I can’t believe they’re even still on the shelves let alone made it into my grocery order. Not the first bad experience I’ve had with this Walmart grocery center either. ??

What you'd expect from a typical Walmart Supercenter. Reliable delivery service. Pharmacy is reliable as well, just closes earlier than most pharmacies.

they make new rules every week, damn near half the store is locked up and when you press the button for assistance you’re waiting at least 15 minutes. you’re better off going to target or traveling farther for a better shopping experience. the employees don’t have good customer service either, they hire literal kids and the old hags that sit at self checkout are no better.

Walmart at Cinnaminson- employees discriminated against my mother in law a me. This is the second time they have told me I have to go to make the huge line to pay with the cashiers because the self checkout is only for 15 items or less. I explain them that my mother in law and I had less than 15 item each other on the same cart, but we always pay separate. They didn’t even listen to me and kept saying I had to go pay at the register w/ their employees. I felt discriminated because is not the first time they do this to us and this Waltmart has been our primary Walmart since 17 years ago and I never had any issues with the employees until these last two incidents in less than 3 months. I had to go get another cart ? just to divide our stuff and make the line again to prove them that is the same thing. They made me hold the line and waste my time for no reason. So disappointed! ☹️

Everything is behind glass now and it takes 20 minutes to get an employee to open the door. Buy from Amazon.

Terrible girl (Marie) at register. Laurie was nice thou at scan & go. Store is a mess, noone knows where anything is & won't help. I'll stick with deptford Walmart

Saturday, July 29, 2024:
Don't go here if you're black, brown, or Asian. While others can have full carts and scan away, they will make you take each item out of the cart hold it up, take a picture with it and smile before scanning and placing it back in the cart. I knew when I started scanning this old lady managing the area was looking for trouble with how she was signaling the receipt checkers to double check the receipts of brown and black people. I started to say something when it all worsened.
The young man told this lady that she had to take each item out of the cart to scan it. The lady said "umm, I've never done that before, there's no space on this thing."
The guy started talking over her and but her of. He said that it was just the rules and started laughing at her.
I love how great the scan and go manager was tonight, such a prejudice and racist old lady who directed the young Latino to be the one do her dirty work.
She seemed so angry at the sight of a black or brown person. I watched in horror at her attack on a that young lady shopping.
Hey, Wal-Mart what is the point of micromanaging checkout while also checking receipts. I felt bad for that lady, she just politely walked to be checked out by a cashier.
But Wal-Mart... please confirm your official policy on taking items out of the cart at self checkout because they didn't say anything to me and my cart was equally full.
Please confirm if people if color just should avoid self checkout or scan and go at this Cinnaminson, New Jersey, Wal-Mart.
To the young man - you don't have to be disgusting just because you're told to.
To the old lady - this is why you're aging that way, we don't all she like that, but being nasty will do it to you.
To that black or brown last, you handled yourself with such grace and class, I'm so sorry for how you were treated tonight.
