I would rate The UPS Store an 8. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the convenience of having a variety of services in one place. However, sometimes the wait times can be a bit long, especially during busy hours. Overall, I find it a reliable and efficient option for my shipping and printing needs.

Love this place. Very helpful and patient. Let’s face it no one wants to do returns. And to be honest some of the employees at the United States postal service are just miserable. Not all but many. Thanks for the great service with a smile ?

This place has 0 stars when it comes to customer service. Tenvir, the guy at the front desk was super aggressive and nasty when I asked why a return package needed additional packaging. His manger had to come up and apologize profusely over his piss poor behavior. Will not be coming back.

I am a small business owner, I ship ice cream sandwiches nationwide. I drive all the way from Philadelphia to this store because they have very helpful staff and great customer service.

Every time I have to return something cause we all know ordering clothes online either for yourself or your children can be a hit or miss, It doesn't matter either way because when I go to the UPS store in cinnaminson at the cinnaminson shops. It's always clean inside. There's never a long line no matter what individual is working They are always so helpful So polite and get the job done in the matter of seconds.
I appreciate service like this, especially nowadays With everything being virtual people really don't know what customer service is or what hospitality is.The UPS store in cinnaminson again is nothing but an easy peasy 1 2 3 process with great service!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Tried to return a package and the owner said the package was damaged ( It was not damaged it just needed to be taped a little bit) The owner wouldn't even give me tape to use. I had to buy tape. UPS is a million dollar company and you mean to tell me that the owner of the store in Cinnaminson couldn't help me tape up a few pieces on my box, so ridiculous. So I had to buy tape and a nice customer went out of his way to help me tape up the box. Not one employee stepped in to help me at all. And the box was really heavy. Sometimes going to extra mile for customers can go along way. I made a formal complaint at UPS corporate and hope to hear back from them soon. If these big companies like Amazon are going to allow returns then Stores like UPS needs to be equipped with tape to help customers. I would NEVER be back here again!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling. Went to return an Amazon package and the guy was super rude. Not only that, but he messed up a return and now we can't send it back to Amazon. Second issue comes when we need a refund for a late shipment that was guaranteed and they tell us to call customer service despite knowing the STORE has to handle it, which took 1.5 HOURS on the phone with 5 DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES to find out. NEVER using this location again, and highly advise you not to either.

They tell you you need to buy a box for Amazon returns and it’s not true. I complained to Amazon. They are a rip off. Do not do business here.
