Both I’ve frantically come into enterprise and Alex and others have made sure my family was accommodated, even today 30 minutes before closing. In the past I had not so positive experiences with other branches but Alex and others have changed my outlook on the company. I can’t thank them enough. Hopefully next time I’ll rent for fun.”
“I had a problem with a missing grill mfr shipped it UPS lost it. I called customer service and spoke to Theresa the nicest person you ever want to talk too. She understood my problem and she promised to take of it she said she throughly investigate it. Got back to me an hour later and found out UPS lost it. She reordered the grill for me and put a rush on it and gave me a discount for reordering it. She is the best employee at Home Depot I want to thank her for gold star customer service. You have any problems get a hold of Theresa.”

We’re a busy food business and Tibin has gone above and beyond to secure us trucks when needed (we specifically needed reefer trucks and ones with lift gates) which have been difficult with other providers during “black outs” where certain trucks have been hard to source.”

“I have a small driveway but needed a bigger truck for my landscaping business. Bentley truck services had the perfect solution, an Isuzu NPR gas with an aluminum dump bed. The cab over design of the Isuzu trucks makes it about 4 feet shorter than an American truck with similar GVWR. The Isuzu itself is lighter, so is the aluminum bed compared to a steel bed. All of this means I got a compact truck capable of significant payload for a great price.They delivered the truck to Virginia. Unfortunately there were some discrepancies between the advertised truck and the truck that was delivered, namely an underbody tool box and steps to access the tarp.I brought this up to Greg Lamb and he assured me that he would rectify the problem. Being that I had already bought the truck, I had doubts this would ever happen. He arranged to have the work done at a welders halfway between us. I brought it in and the work was done in a matter of hours.I couldn’t be happier with the truck. It is the perfect truck for our purposes.”
“Needed a uhall truck, did the online process but found out if I just came here the price is just better and the overall just a better experience. Here the nice woman was able to explain everything and helped me with the whole process.I would only recommend coming into the store here and just dealing with them directly. It might be a little bit scary coming to a rv / odd and end store. But it's your best plan of action when needing to use a uhall truck.Don't waste your time with other places just come to the experts.”

“I’ve been renting trucks at this location for about a year now for my moving company and the experience has been excellent. I previously had an account with penske and was fed up with showing up when I had a reservation only to find they had no truck for me, or getting a truck with mechanical issues, or opening the back to find it was filled with dirt/trash from the previous customer and was never cleaned.”

“Yes, it is true, the cars are not like budget or hurts however, i the name of the place is Rent-A- Wreck. That being said, I rented a car from them back in October and the service was impeccable. The owner and staff were kind and professional. I was not surprised that the car was not brand new.Lance and his staff were so kind and generous to me when I was in a really tough spot. The experience has stayed with me and I try to pay it forward. It just goes to show, you can't judge a place by its name. Their kindness and compassion has really made all the difference - it seems a rare thing these days. Thank you!”

“I have to sing my praises of this UHaul and in particular, employee Lee. My husband was on his way there and ran out of gas. Rather than aid my husband, I went to uhaul to try to secure our rental before they closed on a Saturday evening. I called to let them know my gps said I wouldn’t get there until right at closing time. Lee was very kind and told me to come on and he would take care of me. Well, not only did Lee take care of me after closing, but he actually missed his bus as a result. On a Saturday night! I felt awful and still do to be honest. I offered to drive him somewhere but he didn’t take me up on it. Nonetheless, it’s really hard to find employees who would risk missing their bus to do a trailer rental. His kindness brings tears to my eyes and I hope that Lee gets the recognition he deserves! 10/10 would recommend.”
