I placed my first ever SRFH delivery bc I was unable to do my own grocery shopping. I even put a note telling the shopper how I shop and please keep that in mind. I gave specific instructions on delivery, couldn't be any clearer. Welp, I received message that my groceries were delivered... to my surprise, they weren't by my door. I immediately called. The rep I spoke with knew exactly who I was and I asked if the driver can just pick up the groceries and bring them to me. He said they use DoorDash... that's the absolute worst company they could use WHYYYY!?! I thought they used shoprite employees, since I've seen SRFH vans on Rt. 130/541 etc. He said he'll redo the order. An hour later, a lady who spoke no English dropped off dead flowers and apologized for mixing up the delivery, yet, I had no groceries. At 1pm I checked to make sure there were no groceries at my door. It wasn't. Since I was told they'll be there by 1230, I checked just figured, the guy didn't process the order and I call in the even to have my funds put back on my card. It was 330 when someone came home, they said groceries were at the door. How long were they there bc not once did my doorbell ring. Ice cream I ordered was melted, just ruined. Come to find out there was a note, the ppl who my groceries were delivered to dropped them off bc my address was in the bag. Only one order of groceries. Can't depend on SRFH

Decent place. Nice mix of different stores. Sometimes gypsies will be in the parking lot. Trying to get money from people. I honestly haven't been there frequently lately. I do more online shopping and delivery.

Learned today not to go on a Monday morning - shelves empty.
Normally I go on Sunday mornings, which is usually well stocked.
Love they have self checkout (limit 25 items).

First time going to this ShopRite. It was very busy and congested, but a nice experience. They had what we needed, our entire list (even if I had trouble loading the items), and checkout was pretty quick. I didn't love the layout of the store, but that may just be because I'm used to my local ShopRite. Convenient to have the ability to purchase alcohol in the grocery store!

This ShopRite is nice because they sell beer. You can save a trip, get everything at same place. It’s rare in New Jersey.
