I hate leaving bad Google reviews but you do need to warn people. For starters, they flat out lied to me about a very time sensitive medication I was prescribed. They told me they do not call the pharmacy it was originally prescribed it to but that I have to go through the hoops of calling my doctor back and having it canceled at the first pharmacy and resent to ShopRite. That is simply not true because CVS had no problem transferring the prescription & had it ready in time. And CVS is extremely busy. A very rude man said, "I mean yeah we have it but we're really busy so I can't promise you'll get it on time". Huh?
This pharmacy is just so hit or miss. Sometimes the women are great there but this guy is a complete dud. Rude, ill-informed and very unhelpful. Everyone has a bad day. There's just absolutely no reason to act like such a jerk to someone who is very sick politely inquiring about a time-sensitive medicine that had just been prescribed.
I don't know his name nor do I care. My guess is just another random name in the constant turnover at that place. But after years of using them occasionally due to convenience, I'm confident to be finished with them. As well as my family members, who experience the same type of treatment. Too many options out there.

First time trying pharmacy. Was supposed to be open at 9 but they were late and didn't open up until 9:10. Not a huge deal but was in a bit of a rush and would have appreciated them opening when they stated they would. Dodnt have this problem at my prior pharmacy.

Big George usually goes food shopping every Saturday's. The service is excellent as usual; & ShopRite always has everything you need here. He usually buys these 'BAI' drinks, that tastes so delicious. He usually buys these flavors, 'Strawberry Kiwi: KUPANG STRAWBERRY KIWI, Cherry: ZAMBIA BING CHERRY, Orange: CLEMENTINE, & Mango.' My favorites are the strawberry kiwi & mango flavored ones. If you guys haven't tried BAI DRINKS, you're missing out!! Get yourself a BAI DRINK, & you'll love it as much as I do. You can get them at ShopRite; Walmart & even in COSTCO at a decent price too. I love these drinks, You guys should try them!! Store has quite a few electric carts which I need. Nice selection at the deli counter. The men at the fish counter are very helpful. I can always find nice pork chops in the meat section. Not always happy with the store brand.

Actually being able to have a person check you out. Also the self check outs do not work properly and the attendees are not attentive.

I'm not a big fan of grocery stores in general, but I do love this Shoprite. For starters, you can get all of your groceries in one place- including alcohol. The main reason I love this shoprite is the online grocery pickup. You can shop from your phone or computer for pickup or delivery. I love that I can clip coupons and click through the circular to add items to my cart. All items are the same cost as in store and there is a small fee for pickup for orders under $150. When you go to pick up your groceries, there's a clear overhang of where to go and you don't feel like you're in the way of other cars in the shopping center. Once you check in, your cart is brought out to the car. The employees will load it for you but I usually get out and do it myself. Overall it makes a task I dislike (grocery shopping) simple and easy!

Racism and assault. I had a traumatic experience. Not only did I not receive my groceries because of their faulty terminals and ignorance to assistance of a minority, I was assaulted and am no longer investing into Shoprite. "Always for less" is a great quote you truly lived down to it. I WOULD Rate NOT STARS AND have TRASH logos to rate the trashy-ish and racist-ish.

Right now my family has to quarantine because of Covid. So we ordered ShopRite from home for delivery. I do not know why I am paying so much for deliver. First they don't have a few sale items in stock, but I figured that may be normal. Then I find out they do not have any 12 packs of regular Pepsi, I had ordered 3. I found that hard to believe. So I called and was told they do have the Pepsi and would re add it to my order. Which they never did. My order was supposed to be delivered between 3-5PM. At 5:05 I called the store to see where my order was. I was told they forgot to send my order with the delivery driver. So now they are sending my order with DoorDash. It is 5:43 and my food is not here. I wasn't offered for free delivery or anything. Just an oops we messed up a few things your order will be there eventually, have a good night. So needless to say I will never order Shoprite delivery from Cinnaminson every again!

In trying to be Covid precautionary I have turned back to online shopping at Shoprite Cinnaminson, but my last order of 38 items they did not have 11 items, so no I am forced to go to their competition to get my needed items!!! For that big of an order cut it is not worth paying their ordering fee!

Being in second wave of pandemic people in line are right behind each other and staff doesn't react even if they see you uncomfortable and lot of customers have masks pulled down to their lips. People cut in front of you and if you say something they look at you like you have 5 heads. Please start enforcing CDC regulations I don't want to stress about catching COVID19 at your Store. To all your employees thank you for coming to work and doing your best

Do not make an online pickup order to pick up on Tuesday. The woman that seems to be in charge is consistently rude. Wednesday thru Saturday are wonderful though.

Before the nightmare pandemic started, I used to shop at the Shoprite Cinnaminson and Delran stores. I enjoyed shopping at both stores with my wife as much as any middle aged guy can. I always found the stores to be well stocked, clean, reasonably priced and easy to navigate. These 2 stores are usually busy, but the lines move fast and you can always use the self checkout. It is what you should expect when you have a great business! After the pandemic started I went online and signed up for online deliveries and pick up. Since I have my elderly mother staying with us and I suffered from pneumonia several times (most recently for 1 1/2 months last summer); It was the best decision I ever made! So far, I have had 3 at home deliveries and I picked up preordered groceries once. I am so extremely grateful for the Cinnaminson Shoprite Store and all of their wonderful hardworking employees that they have! Like medical workers they too are front line workers, working with their lives at risk and helping to keep me, my family and the community safe. Thank you Evan, the great, hardworking Shoprite delivery driver and the rest of the selfless essential Shoprite workers!! I couldn't be more thankful!!

Thanks to the management and staff of Shop Rite Cinnaminson for your extraordinary efforts during the Covid-19 crisis. Although the check out line wrapped halfway around the store all the way to the back it moved remarkably fast. I was ready to just abandon my cart and leave when a woman in line told me that it is moving quickly. It gave me a chance to look around at many products and put more in my cart. Thank you Shop Rite!
