June 19th around 14:45 pm I tried to replace Duracell battery under 3 years free replacement warranty with my receipt but lady wants to test it and she said good can't replace..I said early morning starts clicking noise with jump it's starts and run well and test shows 12.3 between 12.6 which is good but fails starts next day ( changed starter) mechanic said alternator fine even battery voltage good defective battery makes same symptoms... with receipt under 3 years warranty why she didn't replace and she didn't show any prove...and she pushed me to buy new one return old of course 20$ more I paid..but I heard other members stores they replace without question.. who's wrong my mechanic or me...I searched internet also a lot of people same issues voltages and battery good after change problem solved... who's responsible Duracell or Sam's club!!!!??? I very disappointed Sam's club employee treatment if she is right I go different members club like Costco

I called regarding the Delray Pergola's availability and was on the phone for a while. I guess the woman on the other end just hung up on me. Just great.
The store should put on the display if there are any in stock to make it easy for their members. To eliminate loss calls.
