Unfortunately, they started out great and ended up not so great. Driver would pick up when he wanted to, sometimes not at all. Very unreliable. He would also come into the building high as a kite, smelling like weed. Done with these characters!!!!

We love this service! It's super convenient and they're so friendly! Jimmy even leaves my dog treats when he doesn't see her, she's so obsessed with him that she knows his van and will sprint and dance down the street to say hi! This has been such an amazing solution for our family since the last few places we had been using have had terrible hours in recent years.

I have been using Quality Fabricare for years and they have been wonderful. Many a time I thought I would have to throw out a shirt after being badly stained and they bring it back looking like new. Great service.

The best I can give is 1 star. The quality of their dry-cleaning is great. However, the quality of their customer service and ability to resolve customer disputes is reprehensible. When a long-term customer calls with an issue, getting screamed at and hung up on, with no resolution, is not what they should experience. Clearly, a competitor has gained a new customer.

I have used Quality Fabricate for several years. They always pick up when requested and have done great things with bringing back life to yellowed white shirts, reviving wool blankets, as well as doing a great job with traditional cleaning of suits and dresses. I won't use anyone else.

Don't bother using this company. As someone else commented ... they just stopped coming, no notice, no return phone call or email. Talk about frustrating. I left several messages and an email. No response at all. I would like to support local businesses but this one does not make it easy. I paid on time, left clothes on my porch; its a pretty easy business model, especially since the owner lives in the next development over and said how "convenient" pick ups would be at the end of his day. Shame on you.

I have NEVER written a bad online review of any establishment but, I guess there has to be a 1st time. Quality was a great proven service for 6 months. They showed-up on time and delivered a great product. One day they stopped coming. Just stopped cold. I paid all of my bills and was quite agreeable on the rare occasion when they rescheduled. I called and text-ed the owner several times for an explanation to no avail. He never bothered to respond. Bad for business? I guess he doesn't (fabri)CARE!

I would never use this establishment. Their drivers race thru the streets and even thru a private driveway to exit--even though I am not a customer. When we called, Jim was rude to my husband and was insulted that we called to complain about using our driveway as a thoroughfare--I had just walked out the door and could have been killed b/c the driver was going so fast. He asked if we had nothing better to do but to complain!? Well we did and I would be extremely cautious of using their services in light of drivers speeding in a neighborhood with children or pets. A police report has been filed against this establishment!!!!

Please do not use this company. They have no regard for customers or the public. I caught a driver racing at high speed through my driveway. If children had been coming out my front door they would have been severely injured. When I reported this to the company they basically said they did not care. They sarcastically told me to call the police if I didn't like it. With this kind of attitude towards the public I believe they do not deserve our business. Any company that does not care about our children, does not care about us.
