“Jiffy lube has now included some additional checks including light checks prior to performing your actual service. Rather than just telling you you need new filters such as air or cabin filters, they show you how dirty your existing ones are compared to what the new ones look like.
My experience at this particular location was okay, I wasn't offered to sit in the waiting area with my partner, and we decided to get out ourselves. The floor of the shop was oily with new oil which poses a danger even for the employees.
Other than that, employees were nice and informative and service speed is always fast”

“Tasha was very sweet and helpful; I literally don’t know what I would’ve done without her help. She took her time with me and was very patient. She assisted with getting me parts for my car and finding a shop that does the internal work for transmission. “Went for an oil change. I was pleasantly greeted and they had me in and out. Great service and they actually topped off my washer fluid and washed my windows and vacuumed inside. I didn't expect that. Hardly any shops do this type of service anymore. They even changed out my drain plug for me which I stripped trying to take it off. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back. They do inspections and other work there as well. So convenient.”

“Customer service at the store was excellent. However, when I went today to get my car serviced it was 93 degrees out. There was no air conditioning in the customer lounge, or anywhere in the building. I appreciate the workers, they managed to get my vehicle in and out in under the time that they promised. They also were able to recommend a decent place to eat nearby so that I could sit in air conditioning while waiting.”

I am rarely blown away by the response of owners/managers on negative reviews. The owners of this location and mainly the District Manager was PHENOMINAL. Within a few days of my initial post, I was speaking to the District Manager and he was remarkable, empathetic to my situation and instead of arguing with me, he listened and even provided areas of improvement for his location to implement.
I still may not be ready to visit this location, BUT I will definitely visit another Jiffy Lube location owned by this brand. Great job Team! way to retain customers in a world where people don't care about anything.”
“Been going to Morgan Tire Service for 40 plus years. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I’ve lived in the area my entire life. However I recently moved ti Cinnaminson. They offered me a ride home if I didn’t want to wait!! And their prices can’t be beat. Especially in this economy. It’s 15 dollars to plug a tire if you pay cash!!!! You can barely get a happy meal these days for that. Keep up the excellent work Harold and staff. It’s just nice to know that true customer service still does exist. Ten plus stars.”
“Tom and his crew are the most honest, amazing guys to work with. They are not there to spend your money and fix things that don’t need to be fixed. Multiple times I have been told by dealerships I need something replaced and he they have found another cost saving option. They are super friendly and awesome. I highly recommend them!!”
