Arsenio G was the best hands down!From our phone call conversation all the way throughout my whole experience he was honest and had good customer service. I would highly recommend him. He not only helped me find a car but helped me with the process of insurance. All of the guys at majestic auto were super nice and helpful as well. This is the best dealership i’ve been to and would recommend. i will be coming back!!

I think this company forgets how much the sacrifice of people's time and money costs... lies, lies and more lies with photos, videos, messages and their commitment to solving the problems, which are many, which sold me the vehicle. It seems that Even if you make a commitment to me or many other clients, the strategy is simply that the 3-month warranty will pass and then the client will get tired and you will cover their irresponsibility with your money... I have everything documented and much more that I have in my possession. Complaint hands never answer your calls and you go to them and they simply lie to you again. It seems that almost $29,000 that I paid is no reason for them to be aware of how much loyalty and responsibility to be honest in doing business costs. The seller Arsenio knows what I'm talking about.. I am not willing to simply be ignored and have my time and money stolen, so I hope in God to make my own decision and action with the irresponsibility that has been committed with me.

I pay $28.500 I still owe $500 which I will not pay until this problem is solved... and of course I can pay my responsibilities

Of course my vehicle simple not pass the motor vehicle new jersey state inspection

What an amazing dealership. From philly. Not the best credit. Wasnt sure financing a car was possible. Decided it made sense to get a reliable vehicle with what i had going on, so i google searched for a Jeep Grand Cherokee in my budget & called 4 or 5 dealerships, actually walked in to a local dealership where i live, all to dissapointment & about to give up. But a week after being turned away, i saw a jeep that caught my eye on Facebook & called Majestic Auto and spoke to a salesman by the name of B.J. that heard my story, told me i shouldnt give up hope, got me approved for my "dream" car before i drove over the bridge and wasted our time. First off, the ride from philly to Cinnaminson was 10 minutes, and i arrive at a small but impressively nice lot that had atleast 50 vehicles, all of which were detailed and tagged for sale. B.J. greeted me and walked me through the car buying process in a way that suprised me because of prior experiences. He helped me out with insurance while i was waiting to do my paperwork & i saved alot of money bc of that! Thanks again B.J. !! You were amazing. Everyone there was amazing!! I am eager to give this 5 star Google review!! And hopefully can recommend to all my freinds & family to you guys! Cya guys soon!! 4 my next one!!
