“Usually the employees all look miserable in other stores but not here. They were actually very helpful and as a mother who was carrying her son and had many packages in the next trying to prepare for a wedding. I was very upset that i had to return stuff but the one thing i did not have to stress about was how helpful they’d be, it was so quick and easy and i could not be more grateful!”

The associates are nice and to the point and the fact the Wacom made it to its destination unscathed should say a lot about this store.I'll be coming back for any returns, as well as any other general shipping needs in the future.”

I work with fragile materials and was always worried about getting package deliveries or having things stolen. I have so much less anxiety knowing that it is all taken care of. “I had to get my fingerprints done here for work. This is the second or third time I've been here for prints this time was fantastic! I had Michelle today and I was in and out. I've never had prints done so effortlessly before. The last two times I was here the other woman was sweet but it took a bit to get the prints right. Not Michelle, she is definitely the best”

“IO Marlton has gone above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied tenant. I can go on and on but, to provide a more concise review, they 1) demonstrated innovative ways to ensure my satisfaction 2) provided multiple options to work within my budget 3) kept the kitchen area clean (a pet peave) with fresh coffee and condiments daily and finally 4) quickly responded to all my concerns which were minimal but it was their speed that was most impressive.As someone who’s worked in various high-level positions, Customer service has always been a focus for me and this office was the best choice as the first choice.Mr. Fogelman and the entire Marlton IO team are amazing! If you’re searching for the ideal office, the buck stops here. You won’t regret it! They have over delivered on value.”

“Contacted this UPS store in need of notary services. They were very responsive and requested that I come into the location. They made me aware that I would need to bring the two witnesses required for the documentation however they also suggested that I could see if customers in the store could act as witnesses. Upon my arrival they were very attentive and kind as well as professional. I would highly recommend using this location for any Notary services needed.”
“I purchased an old painting from Barry S Slosberg, they packaged it perfectly, They were very helpful and I was able to choose to send my own courier. Even though the couriers, as we know, play football with the boxes, the painting arrived in Italy perfectly intact. Very professional indeed, thank you!”

I was a bit nervous, and didn’t want to screw anything up immediately I was greeted by a very Courteous staff member, who was very helpful and turned my confusion into a very pleasant experience, the young African-American lady, whose name I do not know Gave me great instruction and Direction. Long story short package was sent properly and I slept very well.”

“There was inclement weather and the other local UPS stores all closed early without updating their voicemail or updating Google which you can do temporarily if you close early for the day. Very unprofessional on behalf of the other locations. This store remained opened and answered the phone when I called. They said of course they would be open normal hours until 7:30 p.m. Angela was extremely helpful and I thank them for everything they did to help get my package out. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I will make sure to use them in the future. I will be avoiding the other three locations that didn't bother to update their voicemail or Google.”
