The entire staff was so friendly and kind. Keeping me consistently updated on my car the whole time. It took longer than expected but they found some important things that needed to be done. I will absolutely be back for my next oil change!

Friendly, efficient service, but rather expensive. Invoice said floors vacuumed but they weren't and washed exterior windows but that was not done either.

Unprofessional talking with attitude problems staffing..
I went there for just for a oil change.
Was advised that I need to change my oil brand and that the one I had been using for my car is wrong one and did any one advised me before about..I told them no and that the one I had been using...I have no problems with it . Been using the same old bland all years...Also was advised that I have a oil leak.. Something I did not have and never had..
.They are so bull shit. After paying I was advised that I couldn't use my savings coupon .. Something I always get in my emails and had been using them all these years....
I had other pass problems from other jiffy lube location- .Bad Experience from losing my oil cap and placing a small plastic bag with a rubber band around it and not advising the customer after I drove off and noticed a wield sound coming from front. I called and advised that they lose the cap.. I told them why they didn't tell me and had me drove off like that without advising me of what happen..They did replaced my oil cap .But they acted like it wasn't a problem..... Unprofessional and they try to price up on service ...

Car was leaking oil when they first brought it out. Seemed like they forgot the oil filter. No mileage sticker on the windshield.

Stopped in after I was told at another shop that I would have a 2hr wait! I stepped out of my car and was greeted by an employee in the parking lot. I was asked if I was there for an oil change, my keys were taken and I was led into the bldg. I was in and out in 45 minutes give or take. I will definitely go back again. Jiffy lube Cinnaminson, NJ.
