“No complaints. My local branch prints ATM cards. My card number was compromised,and the mobile banking system put a hold on my card.It would have taken 3-5 business days to receive a new one. Luckily, my bank printed one out in about 10 mins. 3-5 business days is a long time during the Christmas season.”

“Just to let everyone that I have been with PNC Bank for a very long time in North East Philadelphia and never had a major experience with the Banks and now I live here in New Jersey. When I came here to live in Cherry Hill. One day I happen to see a PNC Bank right around the corner from where I live I stop in to have my account information change . When inside there was one of the teller's and I ask about having my personal info and they help me with a friendly smile and show me to see some one in the office and the person who was friendly too . That is what I called excellent service. “Very seldom a wait. All tellers are very helpful. Keith who I assume is the manager is always very nice and helpful and he always takes the time to say hi upon your arrival and “have a blessed day” when leaving. He always uses your name as most tellers there did at one time but there are quite a few new teller faces so you can’t blame the newbies.”
