Love these guys there!! So friendly, welcoming & fair!! I left there with more than I expected which was awesome!! Yanni is great!! Thank you so much Yonni! Your customer service exceeded all expectations above and beyond. From the moment I entered the store I felt very safe & comfortable. The store is immaculate, everything was so clean and smelled so fresh. I brought in a few pieces of jewelry that I was reluctant to sell, but needed to. I received the best offers across the board, top dollar, which I truly appreciated! Yonni surpassed expectations, with his kindness and even gave me a nice gift plus paid for the toll back to Philly. Super friendly, clean shop, and honest offer, what more could you ask for? We made the trip over with a class ring to sell. We received a few offers from "pawn shops" that didn't specialize in jewelery that seemed awfully low, Yanni offered us a fair and honest price that was well above what was offered elsewhere. The process was quick and made us feel like we weren't being taken for a ride. He paid cash on the spot and even took care of the toll back home! We will most definitely be back. 5 stars do not do this man justice, he deserves more. If you have something to sell, do not hesitate to take it here first! I promise you that you will waste your time not trusting this review and shopping around, Golden Jewelers is the real deal!

It would be difficult to write a review about Golden Jewelers without talking about how welcoming and professional Yanni is. While I was there, I watched him care for several customers, and I did not see him lose his smile the entire time. He was incredibly helpful and personable. Yanni is also very quick to respond to emails.The store is well lit and very clean. It hosts a very comfortable sofa which came in handy while I waited for my transaction to finish. Water was provided for me and offered to every customer when they came in.I will definitely work with Golden Jewelers again.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer ServiceThese folks are great and know what they're doing.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CleanlinessSpotless!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ParkingGolden Jewelers is part of a large strip mall. There is a ton of space.⭐⭐⭐⭐ VibeNot something I would normally think about in a store like this, but I felt comfortable while I was there. The programming on the TV was a nice touch.

Warning with facts. Don't want this to happen to you at Golden Jewelers. I was taken in by the artful pretentious dealer. Concerned The payout for 94 pieces of sterling silver flatware seemed low, when questioned, I fell for articulated fast talking bull from this con man. My suspicion was confirmed by 3 other dealers, with a low approximate weigh I should have received $1000.00's more with deale making a nice profit for himself. 2 dealers also stated that Golden Jewelry is dishonest & bad news. I concur, you should too. I tried reaching out to the owner of Woodbury Cash for Gold who referred me to Golden Jewelers stating he gave me a bad referral, and should rethink his suggestion, became an arrogant, disrespectful, disdainful condescending creature from hell. Obviously they're Partners in crime. stay away from both businesses.
