I have been dealing with CPS for years. The technicians there really know what they are doing. I have never presented them with an issue that they could not fix. They are not only knowledgeable but they are also professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend CPS.

John is extremely knowledgable. Ive used him and CPS Tech many times for computer issues. Today he was able to solve an internet issue that Comcast was unable to fix, bringing my speed and connectivity to levels beyond my expectations. He is personable and efficient. I highly recommend this company and its array of services.

I dropped my computer off to get new battery as mine kept dying I brought it in with bag and charger I wanted to be sure they had everything they would need to power my machine and make sure it was charging when I got home I noticed my charger was not In The bag I called and spoke with someone on the phone to let them know my charger was not in.the bag 100% it was dropped off because took everything out on a little bench syle table next to the couch I ask can you find my charger and I'll come back and pick it up he told me there was no charger with it but he does have used ones for sale and would sell me one for twenty five dollars come on you have to do better then that thankfully I have amazon prime and will only cost me fifteen for a battery and two hundred and thirty dollars for a battery and label and they lost some of my suff thats not right should of read the other reviews Here before I dropped of my stuff reconsider going here

I bought my computer for repair to get a hard drive replaced because my kept crashing they broke my screen in the process of doing the repair and had the nerve to charge me half the cost of a part they broke it would not give me my computer until I pay for my original repair and their mistake I dealt with a Asian man Chinese or Japanese I think he was very nasty to me I do not recommend this business for any repairs and I will further find another business to do myrepairs

scumbag shady dirt ball aka rob his name suits him well... cats out of the bag i'm laying everything out... i been working for "cps" for over 10 years ginny "retires" gives rob 100% of the woodbury store he refuses to honor and take the good with the bad that comes with taking over a business. refuses warranty work if you have an m.2 ssd i installed and it dies he wont put an m.2 back in it cost too much for him even if your buying it maggy he did this to you your warranty is up in oct he did the switcharoo on you jack all you needed was a new 120mm fan for the water cooler he sold you someone elses motherboard cpu and ram he got in a few days before you came in with your computer jeremy he sold your laptop 2 days after i fixed it here is the pix of it working he has me write ahole on the box. refuses to pay my my last check fires me and wont even give me what i worked for... people if your computer shorts out its dead!!! listen to his words he is reading out of a book when he talks jermey if you want the pictures for proof email me you can find my email address in mcafee and this goes for all woodbury customers

Not recommended at all. I brought a computer in for repair. They did work without getting my approval, charged me over $375 plus another $50.00 to diagnose, and I still had the same Problem as when I dropped it. The Asian fellow with the glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I work from my PC so when it stopped working, my whole world stopped. My father helped me find CPS. Robert, the owner has been a huge help. After 2 days of having my PC he got it back up and running. Very appreciative, thank you CPS!
