“I literally bypass other chain drug stores now to go to this particular Rite Aid because Shane is so awesome. He's so friendly and funny! I have a CVS closest to me but went in once in a pinch to have a spare key made in the kiosk they have. It was a new machine and Shane helped me. I went back a couple months later & not only did he remember me but he was helping me find the Band-Aids I needed. This guy is awesome & I hope Rite Aid knows what a sweet, kind and funny employee he is. Now I'll only go there. Customer service still exists!”
