We had a flood in our basement coming from a corroded irrigation pipe. Mike at City Plumbers came immediately diagnosed the problem expertly. He also fixed our shower drainage problem which had been bothering us for weeks. Can’t say enough about Mike and City Plumbers! I can’t imagine what would have happened if he hadn’t shown up so fast, and fixed everything!

City Plumbing is always professional and competent. I use them for all my plumbing needs. Mike and Connor replaced my old faulty hose bib today and I’m very happy with the work they did.

Mike K was professional, listened to the issues, and provided suggested solutions quickly. He was clear on all pricing and also provided what the typical next steps could be if the first solution did not solve the problem. Luckily it was just a busted hose bib that he replaced and installed an easy access panel. They were flexible with timing and even came same day with no additional fee due to open availability. Nothing ever was an upsell and he was true to his word and honest. NOTE: I live in a new build (<5 years) 3 story townhome in south philly. All PEX piping.
