I've been coming to CAH since my first cat adopted me in 2013. They've had several Vets over the years, but they've all been good, caring Dr's. The staff is always friendly and the Vet Techs are great and obvious animal lovers. I've also boarded my cat there when going on vacation. I've always had a good experience and peace of mind. I would definitely recommend.

This is not a hospital. This is a vet clinic. You cannot "walk in" with your sick dog, for example.

The people here are amazing, reception, med assistants, and the doctors. They're caring, understanding and treat your pets as if they were their own. They really make you and your pets feel special and comfortable. I highly recommend Cinnaminson Animal Hospital.

This is not a community-owned veterinary practice; this practice is owned by private investment firm Vetcor. I only learned this after visiting this vet and having a very negative experience. There may be nothing inherently wrong with being owned and managed through a corporate-type structure, but I disapprove of the seeming effort to hide this fact which may have been done since there are some potential clients who would prefer to support small community-based and community-minded businesses.I was in need of a vet for my dog, and my kitten vet recommended Dr. Steiner. I requested an appointment with her but was instead given an appointment with another veterinarian and not notified of the change. I met with this vet to discuss management of a chronic condition that my dog has and the vet only provided me a refill of medication I was already giving, previously prescribed by a former veterinarian. To my recollection, she didn't provide a single piece of advice about management of the chronic condition other than trying very hard to convince me to switch from a homecooked recipe that was specifically created for my pet by a board certified veterinary nutritionist. Instead, she wanted me to switch to a prescription diet that they sell at the clinic.Sadly, I probably won't return so I'll never know if the vet I wanted to see, and requested to see, would actually be an asset to my dog's care team.All that said, the office is accessible, has ample parking, and the support staff were generally pleasant. The appointment was difficult to schedule since they required all past records and a deposit prior to even being able to schedule the appointment. If I have a pet with an emergent condition, it's unfair for the scheduling to be held up by my prior vet which is out of my control.

The folks at Cinnaminson Animal Hospital are AMAZING. You can immediately sense that your pet will be treated with respect and compassion. Dr. Robyn and her staff are patient and always willing to take the time to fully explain the diagnosis and prognosis for your pet. I've been doing rescue work for more than 40 years and have worked with many vets, Dr Robyn ranks among best vets that I have ever had the privilege to work with. I'm happy to be able to leave this review..?

I can't tell you how much the entire staff means to us. Our Buddy is our "dog son," and as he ages we have at times made an appt for the slightest change in behavior. They never ever make us feel like we are overreacting or wasting their time. In fact they even email us detailed responses to our questions. We trust them wholly to guide both us and Buddy for the duration of our journeys. We also have used their boarding services many many times. Buddy walks in so happy to see everyone. Thank you Staff, you mean the world to us!

Check-in process was simple. They went over what vaccinations my dog needed and when I asked for the total cost, they gave it to me upfront so no surprises. Our vet trip ended with a treat and pup cup. Overall great experience
