Car came out with bird poop still on it and I had to ask the attendant to get it off after he went right over it with his cloth.

Manager didn’t care that my car wash not properly vacuumed and my car was scratched during the car wash process. He said they clean all the police cars in the area so l could take my business elsewhere.

The car didn't smell like a new car after getting car washed and vac and wiped down inside. I think they should use a rag with some nice smell stuff on it or at least a cleaner rag. The car smelled like a dog and we don't have a dog.

My car barely looked any different than how I brought it to get cleaned. I used to come here all the time and I never had a problem but after this, it’s a no go. Very disappointed.
