They drop me after 10 plus years insured with them because of two no fault accidents in separated incidents, one someone made a illegal left turn totaled the car i got nothing from them next incident ABS module fail on them Honda Accord cause my car to spin out and hit the center divider the car was find until another car ran head on and totaled the car .. after that my policy was never renewed

They’re decent when you’re active with them. Way too much written communication for no reason, which is ironic because when you cancel your coverage with them for a different provider they offer virtually no communication until they try to report you to collections for not paying your bill despite them confirming you’ve canceled? I paid my year in full, cancelled more than 30 days in advance but apparently they wanted more money. Really garbage experience. I had a much better AllState provider in PA. This branch is sleezy. “Are you in good hands” - Not here.
