UPDATE: Another maintenance complaint, I’ve included pictures of my ceiling from multiple water leaks. Each time saying once it dry they will be back to paint the area and like always, no one comes back and I’m forced, yet again to call multiple times to get someone out here…. Still waiting ?
I’ve live in this apartment several years. I take good care of this apartment, I don’t cause any issues…. However, when something is needed to be fixed, there’s a hard time trying to get maintenance to the home. The maintenance team is the worst. It take several request and complaints to have someone come out and resolve the issues. Most times when they do make it, they look at the issue and promise to come back the next day and they never do. They are constantly placing the blame on the other workers and always promising, they are the 1 to get the job done. When you call the office, there’s always the same excuse, maintenance has been very busy and dealing with emergency. Considering this would normally be my 3rd or 4th time calling, then my issue should also be considered an emergency. It appears they’re only worried about the outward look of the homes and grounds. They’re not worried about what is going on inside when it comes to things getting fixed

Everything is very good except for the neighbors, and they do not understand that they are multi-family apartments and they do not know how to live with some of the inconveniences that this entails such as noise on the upper floors, sharing common areas, such as parking lots, parks and others, to this is added the racist preference of the administration in favor of Americans and against Latinos, since half of the community are Latinos

We have been here for 3 years, and our apartment feels like home. We can save and hopefully buy a home, but so far, we love it, and everything is so close. Staff is nice and so peaceful

when i moved here two years ago l love it the landscape was beautiful i sat out on my patio to enjoy it but now i can;t sit out on my patio because every day and i mean every day children and their PARENTS are playing football leaving trash double parking in blocking cars from entering and leaving. i no their is playground tennis courts, baskeball courts . please send emails to these PARENTS . tell them to get off the grass its not a field for playing football and leaving bottles, candy wrappers.

This is all I have to show. Maintenance left my balcony door unlocked and unfortunately for them I had to see this. This is completely unacceptable. DONT MOVE HERE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. The property manager is your worst nightmare. Good luck having a problem you are disgruntled about. It will be your fault by the end of it. DONT MOVE HERE
