went to deposit a check into my account and the ATM (nearest the building) was broken so I had to back out and use the other one. Not a huge deal but still a pain.

If you need to speak to a human about your account good luck. It took 50 minutes just to find out the wait time and to make an appointment. If I didn't have to change all of my accounts I would have just gone to Wells Fargo 1 building over.
