“Let me start off by saying this is a great community with some great neighbors. I've never had major issues here. It's generally quiet and you can feel pretty safe taking a walk at night. Maintenance (in my experience) has been quick to respond and fix issues. I do think the laundry machines are a bit costly to use especially with the price of the rent here but atleast the option is there.I've lived here 2 years so far and the pool has never been open, but they continue to advertise the pool in their marketing materials as an amenity. Despite the lack of pool, my rent has been raised by roughly 10% each year. I'm essentially funding the repairs of a pool I've never swam in and if management continues to raise the rent like they have been, I will likely never get to swim in it after the repairs are complete.”

“I've lived here for 6 months and I love it! The building is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are beautiful! Also, the rent is pretty good for South Jersey. The building is right behind the Ben franklin Bridge and is very easy to get to Philadelphia. I would recommend! Violet and everyone in the leasing office, the front desk, the security guards and maintenance are very nice and helpful.”

“Quiet community, nice decent people. Pool, playground, nice big dog park. Can leave stuff in my truck and leave unlocked and not be worried, clean property they take care of. The central air works great. The inside of the apartment is nice, not perfect, im sure I can call and get the few things that aren’t perfect fixed, just haven’t had the time. The only thing we are not super happy about even tho they are clean and nice are the rugs through the house. Would rather wood flooring.”
“This bulding and this management is one of the best that i ever had to be a part of. They have been doing an amazing job making sure the building is always safe and clean. The maintenance calls are always fast and helpful. The location is also undeniably coveniant. It's with in less then 10 minutes to everything.”
“My girlfriend and I have lived here for the past year with relatively no issues. Any issues we've had shouldn't impact anyone's decision to move in. They also made moving in very easy given I was out of state.Not crazy about the price hike, which is our reason for moving out, but this is a business and they are charging what people are willing to pay. “I have been here for a little over 7months and I absolutely love it. Problems or anything that is happening you get emails letting you know so you are always up to date with everything going on. Property is very clean and the maintenance people are fantastic and super sweet and when you need them you make one phone call and they pick up and come to you ASAP. All around such a great atmosphere I highly recommend living here.”

“I like living here. Nice wood floors in my unit except bedroom, but that's what I prefer. The maintenance guys are pretty good and easy to contact if an issue comes up. Landscaping this summer has been an improvement and makes the complex look even nicer. They are also painting the buildings and re-paving the parking lots so it seems like they are really making investments for the residents. Great location because I am close to many good restaurants and stores. Very close to Philly and major highways, like route 130, NJ Tpk, 295, and 95”
“I’ve lived in these apartments for over 3 years, currently starting my 4th year in this residence. I love this place. The location is ideal. It’s in a great neighborhood. & it’s close to a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores, shops. My apartment is beautiful & modern. A washer & dryer in my 2nd bedroom is so convenient & makes my life unbelievably easy. Cindy, the property manager, always makes herself available to you if you have any questions & has resolved the only issue I ever had, which was of my own doing. It will be a sad day when I move out of this apartment complex.”
“Normal doesn't mean Bad. I have been at the Brookmont for about 3 years and had to move to a new state for a new job. The complex offers exactly what it has... a nice place to live at an affordable price. The maintenance staff have always been prompt and pleasant to work with. The area is quiet. Neighbors tend to be nice or leave you alone. Management staff are friendly and I never had any issues getting things I needed resolved.That said, there are some drawbacks. The appliances, while perfectly functional, are somewhat dated. For example, the dryer sometimes needs to run twice to dry everything. This was my first experience with a gas stove, and this may be my personal opinion but it seems worse than their electric counterparts. The bathroom was designed for a person who is 5'5'', so I always needed to bend down to see myself in the mirror or take a shower. There was a mice problem at one point, however management did work towards a solution and I have yet to see another rodent since! As you might imagine, these issues are more irritating than actual problems.Overall, I enjoyed my time at the Brookmont. When looking for a place to live, having somewhere that is quiet, peaceful, and doesn't cause problems is just about all anyone would ask for! The Brookmont delivers on these expectations. I would consider this complex to be a benchmark for a perfectly normal place to live at an affordable price. In my opinion, If the appliances were updated and the bathroom was redesigned for someone who is 6 feet tall, that would be enough for me to give it 5 stars instead of 4.Thanks again for everyone at the Brookmont for providing me with a pleasant stay!”

I left feeling like if I moved here I would be in good hands. The unit was nice and spacious. I am definitely considering this place.”

Not here all summer long everyone was friendly and no drama anywhere. Great place to raise your kids. My daughter has made many new friends here.
