The folks inside are super cool, showers are clean,laundry machines work and decent priced. Lots clean. Been here for 4 days. They all have been nothing but kind to us.
I have watched several people come in and be disrespectful to the staff and that's was totally uncalled for. Mainly over parking. It's there lot, there rules.its not like they are charging anyone. 20 bucks. 15 if your bobtail and park by the building.

Last time I was there I was there for three hours, and the guy came knocking on my door asking if I was staying or not. Parked here this time planning to take a shower before I could even turn my truck off and set my brakes that day was already standing at my door, asking if I was staying or not. Will not be here this place is a joke.

A pilot in name only. Terrible restricted parking of 4 hrs only, or the only other choice is pay to park. The shower system is a joke, it has the constant push button showers, that have a temperature range from luke warn to luke cold, a random male employee has to let us in and he sits outside by the laundry machines, I can't help but feel a female would be a bit put off if she was alone, they do not accept pilots coupons, there is no stalls walls for urinals just a pee for all, that absolutely reeks, and they do not have any fountain drinks, an easy must skip any day every day.

This the worst pilot I ever experienced, just got 170 gallons Diesel, and had a breakdown/engine keep shutdown. I parked at a spot, tried to reach out with my company, every second, minut, an employee come arrassed me for paying. Told them a tower is coming, keep arrassing me. It s like they don't understand what's mean breakdown and customer service. I will never get fuel there again and again. They are stupid there

Horrible place. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Was only parking there for 6 hours total. One guy told me to spend at least $10 and I did. Told me I was fine. Second guys comes by, wakes me up. Told him what the other guy said. He said okay I was fine. Third guy comes by and kicks me out of the lot because the other 2 guys weren’t the boss and told me I had to pay another $30 or leave. Horrible place and they treat truckers so poorly.

Most bad situation in my life, showers is completely different than another stores, they don’t put towels inner, you need to ask, and the towels is the same size, small one, to use in the ground, they have two of them to me.

The shower have a temporized valve, you need to push every time to get water.

They treat the people like a 7 Eleven overnight tired crew.

They scam the parking lot, some sports doesn’t have “RESERVED” like all Pilot Stores, BUT, they hit your door after hours when all trucks stops are full, and say: Every spot here is private and you need to pay.

They don’t speak English good too, and when you try ask why they don’t put the advertisement they said it’s a franchise and they start copy your DOT number at side of you truck.

I spend more than $400 today here in diesel, and then told me: if you don’t want to pay the parking go to WALMART across the street and parking.

They said: THE PARKING IS $20
.
I told I gonna pay in the app because every pilot is $15. They told me:
THE APP NOT WORKING.

Never felt anything so bad that way, please PILOT taking care about who you’re selling your franchises!

Should have sign posted about paid parking not someone walking around saying you got to pay me for parking, Gray Ford transit in the lot looks like the plan to boot trucks. Be on the lookout

Left some spots unmarked to make you think it's free parking as any pilot would have. It's just to bang on your door hours later and extort money in the middle of your reset.
