“Dr. Eisen was our vet for our first dog over ten years ago, and we followed her over to cream ridge animal clinic because she is so great. Dr. Ruge is now my dogs main vet there and is equally as wonderful and caring. She’s extremely knowledgeable as well. All the staff, techs, and doctors are so kind and amazing there. Always so welcoming and you can tell they really care about your animals. We’ve never had any issues with them, they’re great!”

“Doctor Batts and his staff are the best. They are very gentle with pets. My cat never had any behavior issues in his office, which I can't say about any other big pet hospitals we happened to visit. No "blows and whistles" service, no unnecessary costly procedures. No crazy wait time for an appointment that you already made! They see your pet right at the scheduled time. The only bad thing is that the hospital works only on Mo and Th. If something happens to your pet on other days, you have to go to a big emergency hospital where a visit will cost you a fortune, many hours of wait time, stressed out pet and you, and very little help.”

They were able to get me in right away and were incredibly kind on the phone. When I arrived, everyone was so friendly. They treated my gecko with care and kindness. I have had some lackluster experiences at other places when taking a reptile to a regular vet, but they were very attentive and knowledgeable here, including the receptionist. I highly recommend visiting if you have a small reptile.”

“Dr Horn is brilliant. The first cat he took care of lived to nearly 22 with advanced kidney disease. The second cat we put in his care, whose name was Milly (he called her Milly Vanilly) was wasting away at the agec of 12 - she weighed just 7 lbs. he correctly diagnosed IBD and put her on a decreasing regimen of steroids. She lived to 17 when she died of a heart attack. Dr Horn has heard a murmur in her yearly physical exam and warned me of the danger, but the cardiologist incorrectly diagnosed it as a functional heart murmur and did not put her on medication. We just brought a third cat, Rosie, to him that had started out as a permanent foster but I had decided to adopt her. The veterinarian who had seen her at the shelter had been unable to diagnose why she was wheezing so much. Dr Horn patiently went through all her records and squished her poop between his fingers. I had told the shelter that she had very strange poop (grey and very smelly even for a cat). He explained how they could be related and gave me great instructions how to test for the first possibility. His first guess was right and now she has stops ed wheezing and has normal poop. My sister has also taken her cats to him and noted his diagnostic skills. I love Dr Horn!”

“We brought our new puppy Willow in for the first time 2 days after we adopted her and she developed a cough. The staff was super nice and cared for her so well. She wasn't scared or fussy at all. They knew just how to handle her so that she would remain calm. They diagnosed her with kennel cough after doing a bunch of tests to rule out all the possibilities. They also did a quick general exam to make sure everything else was good and sent us home with medication, vitamins, supplements, and tons of reading material on raising our new puppy. Highly recommend this vet. They treat your pup like family!”
