Casper did a great job grooming my toy poodle today for the first time. He looks so beautiful and got so much attention on our walk today because he was so well groomed. And, my pup was treated so gently that he showed little anxiety before, during, and after the appointment. I am looking forward to his next grooming with Casper. Thank you, Casper and thank you, Well Bred, for offering this wonderful service in addition to all your quality products!

Don’t appreciate the attitude from the staff. Specifically the person currently on shift. And I was just picking up a delivery. No acknowledgment or communication. He just got my delivery & gave me a dirty look. I had to ask if that was it. Very poor customer service skills. He was nice to the woman in front of me for some reason. What a turn off to deal with.

I was just at your store in Chester, New Jersey, and I was quite disappointed on how I was treated. The cashier was extremely rude and it makes me not want to spend my money at your store any longer. I just ran into another woman who just had the same experience as I did. This is not the first time that this has happened to me there. What has happened to your customer service?

I received a world class education in cat nutrition and gut health! I am truly impressed with depth and breath of cat specific education Daniel was so passionately able to give me. He and Ana met me in my high standard of living that I naturally want to transition my newly found cat to. It’s absolutely natural for me to holistic and close to mother earth so it’s natural for me to want that for my cat as well. I came in with some challenging health concerns that I had been working on in a diy was with my cat and Daniel filled in my knowledge gaps and enhanced my knowledge and absolutely reaffirmed my truth in where I stand for my cats health. We layer out the journey together with my cats needs at the center of it. I deeply appreciate all Daniel’s passion to literally make the space on the counter to talk all things cat nutrition and holistic cat health. I felt very seen and heard in my desires for my cat. The passion just flows forth from the staff here! They are truly all things holistic pet nutrition lifestyle. I absolutely loved my experience with you!!! Thank you for sharing your passion with me!! It met me in my desires for my cat!!! Mr. Grey is much more content and sleeping through the night since staring on the protocol we discussed. Whole real food truly does make all the difference on all levels!!! Thank you for fulfilling your missio on this planet??

This is your more upscale pet store if you will. They do sell Answers pet food. Like everything else, prices have increased. You can find typical pet supplies, etc.

This is by far the BEST place to care for your furry family member. Yes the products, supplies, food they sell are all high quality and top notch however the star of it all is their exceptional customer service. They are knowledgeable and beyond courteous and helpful. I have always been taken care of and often have many questions. Definitely visit this store. It is so important to keep our commerce alive and well rather than just order EVERYTHING online. You will walk in and feel like a friend and an important customer on your first visit, they have a loyalty program for many products and you can bring the dogs with you!

Kora was great and very helpful! My mom is getting a new puppy (Maddie) and Kora took the time to answer questions and she was very pleasant. She also took the time to walk around the store. My Mom can’t wait to bring Maddie in!

Great find amongst the smattering of quaint shops along Main Street. I was looking for a specific Stella and Chewy product that none of the other local pet stores carried, and they had it. Great selection of gourmet treats! I was also happy to see Puppia brand apparel, as it's impossible to find in stores, and sizing online can be hit or miss. The lady who works here is so friendly. She threw in free samples and was very helpful.
