Made an appointment for everyday make up and a blowout w curls/waves. I'm so extremely disappointed with how Lindsey did both. The manager tried to fix it and suggested solutions but I didn't have time because I had a wedding. I really wanted beach waves, but I got a 1950 side swooped curl do that the manager brushed out. I didn't have to pay for anything which was very nice. I will never go back. Awful job !

Erin in the salon and Jane were absolutely awesome. My mother and I wear the hijab and they accommodated us so well. Everyone was very thoughtful and kind. Erin was the best hairstylist we have ever had. Love to see such an amazing team! ??

I got my hair cut by Shondrel & she did such an amazing job!! I moved up here recently and have always had my haircut by one of my childhood friends who I really trust, so I was super nervous to try someone new. She was so sweet and gave me exactly what I wanted! I will def be back to her and I def recommend her!

They usually burn my hair with color or cut it too short but today, I had a great experience with Denise. She was so pleasant and so nice, letting me babble on and on. She gave me the nicest hair cut in years and my highlights look amazing. Really the best haircut and color I have had in a long time. Thank you Denise!

I have been getting my hair done by Erin B. for over 2 years. She is a very kind, caring, and passionate person. She always has a very thorough consultation with me each time I go in and is very transparent about what is best for my hair. Erin always makes me feel amazing after I leave the salon. I have had bad experiences at salons before but Erin makes sure that everything is done perfectly and precisely when it comes to my color and cut. I always get a balayage/highlights and a haircut with her, she never disappoints.

Will never shop at Chester Ulta again. I called yesterday to see if I could still return a product and spoke to Jane, who claims to be one of the managers but was the complete opposite of what a manger should be in my opinion. She was nasty and rude and told me in a very rude tenor that I have to call later because she’s busy. There wasn’t a kind tone to her voice nor an apology for her rudeness. I would not have mind if she had kindly told me that she had a line waiting and perhaps she could take my number and call me back or if I wouldn’t mind waiting on hold but none of that was offered to me. She kept talking her over me and would not even let me get a word in edgewise! She even went so far as to include the customer she was helping into our discussion trying to get her to take her side. I can’t make this stuff up. The height of unprofessionalism! SMH…I asked to speak to DM and she told me I have to go through corporate. I even asked her to have the DM call me and she refused, telling me I have to go through corporate. I went in today to make my return and again asked her how I can contact DM. Again, she told me I have to call corporate. Would not take my number either to have her call me. I asked to speak to the other manager who immediately took my number without a problem. Will never return to that store again. She is a poor representation of what a manager should be.

I rather be ignored until I am offered help from the staff. I couldn't get one moment to myself to be alone and browse the products because they had a nice sale. It's nice to welcome me but no need to keep asking me if I need help every second of my visit. I had every staff member asking if I need help every aisle I walked in like damn, what's the aggressiveness.

Disappointed that they only showed me the one product when asked about skincare. I felt liked I was pushed only for that one line of makeup. I wished they were a little more diverse. Also what made me rate it low was the product that they kept on pushing was one I suggested I did not want due to its price. I gave specific price range and they advertised the most expensive.

I was immediately greeted upon entering and the young lady knew exactly what I was looking for and took me where I needed to go. Upon checking out, salesgirl was very kind and patient as I couldn't find my coupon. Maybe next time, but she still was very patient while I tried to find it.

I walked into Ulta and was not greates by any staff, I noticed after every customer walked in they were greeted beside me. After browsing around, I was not offer any assistance from the staff but other customers were. I was taken back by such behaviors from the staff just staring the whole time and chatting along each other instead of engaging with me.
