This place is amazing. My puppies are always happy when I come back to get them. They are honest as to what can be done and what is beneficial for your pup. I’m so happy I found a happy spot to have my dogs groomed every month. ?

Been going there for about a year and they are very friendly and capable. My only complaint is they shave my dog in his “private area” way too close and it is irritated for two weeks. Other than that they do a nice job.

This is the best place to have your fur babies groomed. My dogs love getting pampered here and always look and smell great when I pick them up. I’ve always have a wonderful experience every time I take my dogs here. The salon is very clean and the staff has always been super friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Thank you for making my dogs look amazing!

After taking my dog to multiple groomers in the past I finally found the right one. I was very satisfied with their grooming. I have an Australian Shepherd where I wanted the fur trimmed around his paws and legs while retaining the Aussie look, and they did exactly that.

Been taking my cockapoo here since I got him 2 years ago. I tried another groomer, but my puppy's haircut was horrible. I felt embarrassed for him. Pucci's haircut is perfect! I am not worried about leaving my dog there. They are professional and responsible. Really hard to get an appointment, so be sure to book your next appointment when you are there picking up your dog.

After having a horrible experience with a local groomer, we were highly recommended to go to Pucci Pet Spa. We were recommended by a former client who had a great experience with them. Every time we went we were always greeted with a smile, everyone was pleasant and the dogs we so happy to go. They loved our dogs and our dogs loved them. The groomers past and present are absolutely amazing. Tori, Masha, Amy and Kate know exactly what to do and treat the dogs like they were their own. We have been going there for about 3-4 years. The issue we have is with the receptionist. We had called to reschedule our last appointment due to a medical procedure that had to be done. We did not cancel just reschedule. When my mom called to reschedule she was yelled at, reminded over and over that the dogs needed to be on an every 8 week schedule and made to feel like we were horrible owners. It was never an issue of the amount we paid for the grooming. It was all about how our dogs and we were treated. Needless to say we went to our rescheduled appointment and everyone was very nice, the dogs looked great and we were happy. However at pick up we were forced to make an appointment despite my mom telling the receptionist she was unsure of what her work schedule would be since she was returning to work in January. On Friday Dec 9th my mom call to push there January 5th appointment to the following week, due to her work schedule (that's 27 days in advance), was screamed at, told she couldn't do that, again made to feel like she was horrible and was told she would recommend us going over to Wolfgang because they have a more flexible schedule. So my mom hung up, messaged me at work and I started to cry because the groomers always took such good care of our dogs. After my mom hung up she received a text message from the receptionist saying "We can not continue our services due to inconsistencies we have been experiencing". And she could recommended other places for us to go! We are no longer comfortable bringing our dogs there if she is there anymore. We are sorry and sad because the groomers are the best.

I was a loyal customer of Pucci's pet spa for YEARS. I will NEVER go back after today. The red-haired woman behind the counter was flat-out nasty to me because I took 25 minutes to pick up my dog, as I'm incapable of magically teleporting to their location as soon as I get the call my dog is done. Not to mention my pup was done at 2:05 and I picked him up at 2:30 when Google and their website says they don't close to 3. The woman had an attitude and told me "we close whenever the dogs are done" and "you're supposed to pick up your dog within 20 min." I was never told that information until that moment. She also lied and said I took 40min instead of 25. She also complained about me canceling calls in the past, when each time was due to an emergency and I pay a cancellation fee each time (so I have no idea what her freaking problem was). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I suspect the woman might have been racist as none of the other staff (including the owner) have ever treated me that way. I would literally go anywhere in NJ but this place. BEWARE.

So happy with my experience here! My dogs are six and ten and have never been to the groomers before and did beautifully here! Groomers are friendly, and my dogs can be shy, but took to them quickly. The best thing was they were only there about an hour! The place was clean and smelled fresh and the prices were fair. My dogs were happy and calm when I picked them up. I will definitely be returning!

First time customer today! My labradoodle had a ton of matted hair due to her curls. I was so worried how she would look after grooming or even if they could groom and Pucci Pet Spa did a fabulous job! I was so pleased!! And my dog looked so happy when I returned for her, running around the shop socializing with the other dogs!

Amy is THE BEST. Our little furry fellas love her and she always makes them look amazing. We love how she really listens and knows what we are looking for rather than following a set style for our breed.

My first experience with this place didn’t even get me to go there once. Had an appointment made for my 9 week old puppy then my vet asked me to not take her until she got all her shots. Called to reschedule as soon as I scheduled her last round of shots and the woman who answered the phone very abruptly told me that she needs to charge me for half my grooming cost for rescheduling it the day before the appointment because they are very busy this time of year and they are working very hard to put food on their table.....REALLY?!? And I’m not?!? I’m just supposed to pay a penalty before I even step foot in the place? First of all I would love to know how she was going to charge me for anything when they have none of my information on file! Needless to say I’ll be getting my puppy groomed elsewhere!Per owner's response: Amy, that would have been fine if one it was less than 24 hours before my appointment (which it wasn't) and two if I was trying to CANCEL it. Policy is policy but I was simply trying to reschedule and got my head bit off. No worries, thanks for responding.
