Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. New to the area and have been here several times. All the staff have been very polite and accommodating, both in the store and pharmacy counter.

My family pharmacy since we live in Chester. The customer service depends on the mood of the cashier. Very slow, slow movement of limbs… However, anywhere you go, customer service is nonexistent these days… Let’s talk about the 30 minutes between 1:30 and 2 pm they close the entire pharmacy to, for example, cleaning, vacuum, etc I have an idea!!! How about you do that before you open the store or at night. 4 people behind counter and you all have to clean at once? Hahaha, people in line wait while they arrange shelves. Awesome

I called to the pharmacist to check my prescription status and the lady how picked up the phone was so rude.

Horrible pharmacy counter. Like the other reviewer said but I could give zero stars I would. Asked a simple “where is x product” question. Could not be bothered to help with NO ONE in lineShelves look like they’ve been ransacked. Old and dingy

The pharmacy is a joke, nasty employees, horrible automated phone service, no sense of urgency. They are more concerned with vaccinations than filling prescriptions for those that need it.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. One lady behind the pharmacy counter has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. Extremely unpleasant and cold towards my wife and me. She was visibly angered when I showed a Good RX discount. She literally slammed the keyboard as she punched the numbers in. She had very rude responses to anything we asked. It blows my mind that someone could be that miserable and according to the other reviews, she wasn't just having a bad day. This type of treatment of customers probably happens on a daily basis with her. It is surprising to me that the Chester CVS location is still in business.

Excellent customer service here. Claudia is always a great help and always positive whenever I come in. She went out of her way to help me with a billing issue for my mother's medication that's complex. I recommend her helping you with any questions she is very knowledgeable.

I go to CVS on Rt. 206 Chester all the time. The store is clean and all the products and organized so it is always easy to find what I am looking for. The store staff is friendly and helpful. They really go the extra mile to help you with what you need.

I was in the hospital for two days, and visited two urgent cares before trying to get a prescription for a GI cocktail, literally just Maalox and Lidocaine as I was in terrible pain. I explained this to the minute clinic woman after rushing there because the one near me didn't have available appointments. She says she doesn't feel comfortable giving it to me. I started crying. I was trying to tell her through my tears what was going on so she could recommend an alternative or something, and she cuts me off and says if I don't stop crying she is calling the cops. WHAT?? I was flabbergasted. I will never go to a minute clinic let alone this one, ever again. She was so nasty to me when I came to her for help. She should not be allowed to work there. Patients come there for help and receive threats and an attitude because she doesn't know how to handle a person who is crying. Insane.

Feedback CVS Chester Earlier this morning I shopped at your store, and when ready to pay at the register, I was the only customer. There was no cashier anywhere to be found. I had to go find one after waiting for a few mins.The lady clerk Marta who finally came to the register was rather rude. "Next time use the self-checkout!" These were her words. Well first, you don't tell the customer to use the self checkout if they opt not to -- it is totally optional, especially when there are no other customers around !Also as we all know, the self checkout does not always function properly: ex: when you place the bag in the correct area, it automatically complains that there is something wrong and asks to wait for help.!So when this clerk was annoyed that she had to come to the front and do her job .. well I wouldn't bother her if the self-checkout was actually working properly in the first place !CVS Bedminster and Chester: both locations need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !
