I wanted to thank both Jeff Copen and Rich Van Houten at Chester Health and Performance Center. I sustained a severe knee injury in July of 2016. After exhausting my physical therapy benefits, and still being unable to walk properly, I decided to try personal training as a means to strengthen my entire body, yet still do rehabilitation on my leg.
