I came in today with the goal to replicate my wedding bouquet to surprise my husband with for a surprise anniversary date. Chester florals and design not only accomplished my vision in one afternoon (they literally called me within an hour), they were so nice, quick and affordable. I am so grateful they helped me pull off this surprise and clearly have an art to wedding bouquets!

Chester Florist provided the floral arrangements for my wedding. Everything was beautiful including the floral arch which I only ordered a few days before the ceremony. The centerpieces, bridal and flower girl hand boutiques and the floral wedding arch were all awesome… received many compliments on floral arrangements! Chester Florist made our wedding day a spectacular event!

Priya was the person I spoke to about my floral arrangements. The flower selection (textures) and colors were absolutely gorgeous. I have been going to this florist for years and have never been disappointed but this time I was blown away! I had to write a review! Thank you for being professional and listening to my needs!

Flowers delivered yesterday May 11th. By the end of the day the flowers were already drooping. Very disappointing.

I called mary-Ellen last minute asking for a bouquet for my cousins micro wedding and she did amazing. Thank you again! The flower bouquet and boutonnière were gorgeous!

I stopped in to get yet another bouquet. This time time for my daughter for her graduation… and was extremely surprised that she was horribly rude from the very second I stepped foot into the shop. I felt like not only was I rushed out the door but the quality of the arrangement was extremely poor and disappointing. She was nasty and condescending. She also treated her employees poorly and it was absolutely off putting. I would never go back there in a million years. If this shop wants to continue to be in existence I’d change management NOW!!!! She is awful and Is the last person I’d want to encounter when trying to celebrate a special occasion in my life.

The owner knew exactly what flowers to include and delivered them timely and within our budget! We wish we could give more than 5 star reviews, because Chester Floral and Design truly impressed us with their arrangements. Always so nice going into Chester Floral. The ladies are so welcoming and kind. The store has a lot of unique and clever gift ideas. The flowers are always fresh and a good value. This time we bought a corsage for prom. I will definitely be back!

What a fantastic experience! I asked for a customization to a Halloween arrangement and she made it absolutely beautiful and adorable. She also gave a better price than the as-is recipe given online since she is a florist for one of those national flower chains (I called so did I did this order over the phone). Quick response to to my initial email too. Most importantly though, mom absolutely loved it. Will recommend as well as use for all my Hackettstown floral needs.

Mary Ellen was the florist for my wedding three weeks ago!! Our flowers were beautiful! Everyone loved the simplicity of them! I sent Mary Ellen some pictures of what I was looking for and pretty much told Mary Ellen these are the colors I want and the flowers I want, other than that, I trust you 100%! She executed exactly what I wanted! She was amazing!!
